Actually Pancharatna Co Operative Housing society Limited has 5 buildings 4A, 4B, 4C, 4D, 4E and 4D Building are known as Canara Bank Officers Quarters but actually its under 1 building of Pancharatna Co Operative Housing society Limited. This Housing society has buildings of Canara Bank and Syndicate Bank and Private Flat owners. So it should be rectified.

Good place for bachelor to stay at.. A bit tipsy.. Considering the prices, conditions, traffic a good place to stay if you have to travel around 3 KM radius by road and then you have the ghatkoper metro and stations if you have to go far

Ummm. Good locality but a lotnof development can be acheived here. A lot of potential is there. The connectivity is awesome with the highway, airport, mall, station in close proximity. But the buildings here are quite old and are in dire need of redevelopment. But this indeed is a thriving society. But if youre one if those guys who hate the sound of airplane landing then this aint ur abode.

The place is safe but very much dirty. Location wise its good. Near to airport, 30 min via road

Needs to repair roads, create footpath and make this place clean. And this place is not favourable for wheelchairs. These are just the improvement that this place needs, this place is good as it is near r city , have friendly people and from there its nearly at the centre of mumbai so you can go out to have some fun

Its a Cooperative Housing Society. Its not hygiene. The society has 10-12 buildings.

Accessible to a lot of areas but no proper parking structure and very narrow. Taking a taxi is a good option.

Nice location. But very crowded and jammed. We planned to visit here and gps showed 1.5 hrs it actually took us 2.5hrs and instead of 7.30pm landed at 8.30pm

This place is located near the R-City Mall. Heavy traffic in rush hours due to narrow roads and poor management. The societies are quite well maintained. NABARD Quarters are also situated in Damodar Park.

Good place and connectivity has improved a lot from LBS compared to my last visit but more can happen to make it look better

Damodar park is one of the oldest township. It is ghatkopar west...since its very old now it need renovation..it is located in the heart of the city where everything is close by like vikhroli, powai,metro, r city Mall and ghatkopar metro station...its a good place but its time for redevelopment

Attractive point for this place is it is located in Ghatkopar, it is located on LBS Marg, it is located near RCT . Other wise all old buildings which needs a full renovation.
