I really loved the way Holy Family Church has constructed a statue of Jesus under a tree and space around for people to sit.It gives you a feeling like you are having a conversation with Jesus.Also the statue of Mother Mary has a small water fall constructed which gives the place a soothing feeling.This place is quite close to the western express metro station and easily noticable from normal traffic.

So many memories attached to this place. Fr. Gerald was my favorite priest :) Miss this place. My grandma is buried here too.

Awesome parish. Friendly parishners, committee & clergy. Awesome feast with fair & live shows & competitions. Love the giant wheel ride & other rides. Have a lot warm friendly memories here being a parishner of this churchThe church & blessed Sacrament is a place of solace & healing amidst its serene blessed structure.You will totally drawn to it just after one visit as though it calls out to you

This church is spacious. People here are friendly and helpful. There is large open space in front of church. There is beautiful chapel. You will feel peaceful When you pray here.

Holy Family church was started by the Jesuits around 1943. The new church building was completed around 1962. It was built on land donated by early parishioners. Church is quite modern and us strictly a no plastic zone. Adjacent to the church is the Catholic burial ground which is beautifully maintained.

Lot of open areas. Well managed spiritual services and nicely maintained place. Parishioners especially the teenagers seem to be happy lot.

Great place in the mid of the suburb you must visit at least once. The vicinity inside the church is just too good. The church faculty also organises several programs every weekend and months great place.

Peace of mind place. Very clean garden. Systematic construct. Lot of space surface.When you visit this place then you meet God jejus & forgot all tensions in your life.

The parish team is very active when it comes to social outreach or praise and worship. It has always been applauded in the past due to its rain water harvesting system and other GO GREEN initiatives.

My ex-parish which I dearly miss & try n attend at least one Sunday. I must admit I love the childrens mass the most along with my boys its so interactive & made highly interesting by Fr Errol & Fr Vincent. The choir is simply amazing. Kudos to the young n old who make the Eucharist more meaningful.

Holy place

This is a clean and well maintained Church. The Best part is that, there are very spacious surrounding areas within the church premises. Such a large amount of space is a welcome luxury, in the very crowded city that is Mumbai - and sets the right mind frame for meditation and prayer. There is also ample parking space available.

Feeling of Peace and Calm when you enter. Soft Hymns were being sung.No noise of any kind.People praying silently. No loud chanting.

Visited during the evening hours so couldnt get a peek inside. But such beautiful n wonderful place. As you enter on the right side you have a corner named Selfie with Jesus where He is sitting on a bench and you can click selfies with Him. It has grotto of Mother Mary and Jesus on the cross. The church also has its own cemetery as well a small garden and a bastetball/football ground. And the church is horizontally long!

Located near Western Express metro station, 2 minutes walk from the WE highway, this church has been here since a long time. Despite its location, once you are inside the premise, you would feel completely cut off from the hustle and bustle of the city, the traffic, commotion and the pollution. It is surrounded by greenery and inside the church is where you can feel the calmness and the positive aura.

Loved the time to be shared with the people inside. The staff was very cooperative and got good inspiration of people living in the orphanage. God bless the staff and the people living in the orphanage. It brought a recreational feeling in my mind.

A very old church, know it since i was born. must be more than 50 - 60 years old. it has a very large ground in front of it. The architecture is quire contemporary. you will like the sign board that lays out though provoking sentence of the day. located at the junction.

All worship places are 5 stars and serene.This beautiful Church rests on 4 Wooden Pillars , an architectural marvel , conceptualized and built years back , it still stands strong , the faith and prayers keep it strong . You can see the Metro Train running on a route which has a Mandir, Girjaghar, Gurudwara, Masjid all along the route.

Ambience/Interior, parking etc are very good. Very good for ceremonies like wedding, baptism etc. But its a bit hot inside. Been for a 4:00 pm wedding and it was slightly hot inside.

Loved the peace and quiet. The high ceilings are really a nice touch and add to the soothing ambience.

This place is in Andheri East near MAGICBRICK WESTERN EXPRESSWAY METRO STATION. This is big one where u easily see over the road.I love this place because when ever I took the bus from Andheri for SPEEZ, its croos through this where on notice board a new thought wriiten, Which make my day.Sometime children use there lawn to play football and enjoy the events.

A very peaceful & serene spot right in the midst of all the hustle & bustle. Well planned place. Everything here is well organised.

Though I am not Christian, i accompanied my colleague to this church and its very peaceful and calm. In area like andheri its rare gem right in a middle of hustle bustle.

The history of this Jesuit Parish dates back to 1943. The iconic structure is a very famous landmark in Andheri East and it is also popularly known as Chakala Church as its located at the junction in Chakala and near the Mumbai Metro station of the same name.The present parishioners strenght at this Church is 7000+ and counting. The mission statement of this parish is “Together towards Fullness of Life in Openness and involvement”. I liked the description of the 830 am Sunday Mass for Children on the Church website “Jesus fan Club” :).

As always, you feel good in any church no matter which parish you visit. Holy Family is beautiful as always! Please visit to see some beautiful statues and artistry
