I want to replace my crompton 6 month used 0.5 hp centrifugal water pump with crompton 0.5hp booster pump.

SCAM ALERT : My product is still in an uninstalled condition because I Received Defective Replacement product (storage water heater even after paying 758/- in spite of the product under warranty). Kolkata employees of CG are very very very unprofessional. Somnath Chakraborty (employee) never attended my phn call, rather disconnected it most of the time. Anjani Pawan (employee) said that he gets 40k salary from CG he can not take so much of tnsn of customer grievances, or else he have to commit sucide...!!!!! Moreover they appoints unprofessional service centers (franchise) that gives their level best to scam the customers. The employees of service department are also involved. Pathetic service. I was a big fan of CG since have used their fans, lights & pumps before, but last 1 month changed my view. I will never suggest anyone to purchase a CG product, especially in West Bengal, under Kolkata Office. And will also share my story with the ones whom I used to suggest Crompton. Never recieved a call back against my complaint from CG.

Company is good but companies persons are very rud, specially security person who thinks like he is a owner of company.
