Bad practice done by either OYO or the hotel manager. They cancel your booking one day before the date of check-in! I got a good discount on OYO website and had booked for my relative for two day stay. They reached the hotel only to find no booking. Turns out the night before I got an email that my booking had been cancelled on user request. This is absolutely pathetic practice from OYO side because I definitely did not cancel it. I think this is done by OYO so that when you reach the hotel and find no booking you are left with no choice to pay hiked rates. Also some rooms have water dripping out of the AC. Had to put a mat so that no one slips at night. Please fix the leaking ACs

The only issue was that it was not an OYO home. Was just like any other OYO room. Also, there was no manual latch on the inside which is a big safety issue. I hope they resolve both these issues soon.
