Location and the quality of building and room is great. Service, staff and food can be improved. Buffet menu is very small but functional for business travellers. Open Car parking is available in front of the lobby itself.

I stayed at the Hilltop hotel for just 2 days, but wished I could have had more time there.The Hilltop hospitality is Excellent from the driver and porter who came to recieve us at the airport to the Reception Staff and Manager, Mr Vernon, who gave us a Fabulous Briefing of the hotel and the Amenities provided.The rooms are Clean and Comfortable and appropriately equipped with an electric kettle for an early morning Chai and a fridge to keep perishables Fresh.One of my Colleagues Birthday fell on the day we were there and the Co operation of the Staff to agree to Deliver a cake to his room at midnight, on his families request and an additional Cake from their Fantastic Bakery in the Basement.Too much to Write ...☺️ , But to put in Short, Excellent place to stay. A home away from home.Thank you.

Best place to check in. The hotel aura is the best. The staff is super catious abt their guests. Each and thing is placed correctly. The owner Mr. Mehra sir is very humble and softspoken. Must visit

Surely this was absolutely neat and clean hotel with best of the hygiene. I stayed here for 8 days and my stay was very good. Breakfast was really amazing but dinner buffet was not up to mark. Place is very near to worli sea face you can walk from the small lane opposite the hotel and directly land on the sea face . Gym was also very good. They have table tennis facility also. However on the other hand toilet and bathroom area was too small. Housekeeping and restaurant Staff was amazing and delivered up to expectation. Guys on reception Mr. Mehta and Mr.Harish and one more guy all of them were very courteous and welcoming. Thank you team Hilltop for making my stay pleasant and comfortable.

Hotel hilltop. I liked the location of the hotel. Pretty much easy to travel around the city. The view which the hotel offers is also worth a look. The famous sea link of Mumbai. The rooms were quite okay types, basically we just came in during the nights and were out morning types. The breakfast was decent, wouldn’t mention great. Its a perfect place to sleep in for a budget and access the shopping areas around. Some good night lifes lies around here. The staffs were good though.

I came accross this place for the first time as i worked as a covid warrior and our accomodation arrangements were made here for the month of november and december. The rooms are just big enough for two people and loaded with all that you need, a good tv with dth connection, ac ,fridge, study table chairs and more importantly 24 hrs running hot water , we were blessed because winter mornings in mumbai can freeze you up in the bathroom . The room service , valet parking and reception staff are very helpful and helped us all follow covid related hygiene norms. A special mention of the chef and his sous and other cooks, because after a tiring day their food brightened up our moods... kudos to the team! All services like laundy ,dry cleaning, gymnasium cafeteria conference hall etc are available. And the worli sea face is precisely 3 mins walking distance and some rooms also provide a panoramic sea view

Had booked 20 rooms together! For the wedding in my house. For the day! While doing the booking was treated very very well! And they agreed to all i said but in the day! It was completely different! Firstly when i waa told at the time of booking that i will check out at 12 am after the reception my guests were asked to leave the room by 7 in the eveng!Lights had gone in between! Which was i agree not their fault!After that since i was a little busy i had told them i will clear the balance amount after a few fays and inspite of being so clear it seems they dont trust their guests the manager kept calling everyday for the payment and to the extent that he gave us police threat!Pay karo nai tou police me jaunga!RIDICULOUS BEHAVIOR ON THEIR PARTMR MANAGER PLEASE LEARN SOME MANNERS AND RESPECT AND IF U CANNOT PLEASE LEAVE YOUR JOB AS TO THIS HAMPERS THE GOODWILL OF THE HOTEL TOO!

Does not like the very soft Bed, faaty pillow and ambience of the hotel.. not network in hotel.. food is costly if you are staying single as quantity of gravy is for 2-3 people.. not much option is menu card.. taste is good.. overall not bad but still scope for improvement is their... Price are reasonable for that location..

Nice quite hotel in worli without the pocket blowing tariff. Slightly away from the worli sea face, it is still within walking distance. Decent facilities. Decent food and ambience. Rooms are rather small. But overall decent experience. Its main advantage is its location near the sea face which one can use for walking or jogging.

Good hotel with good staff. Pramod from housekeeping was specially great and kind. The buffet food is decent. The location is very close to Worli Sea Face, and is a 5 mins walk from it. There are standard facilities in the hotel itself. Overall, a good place to stay if in or around Worli is an area youre considering.

Good Hotel located in Worli area of South Mumbai near entry to Worli Bandra Sea Link Bridge. Location is good, silent place, near sea but not actually sea facing. Facilities are good, staff is helpful, Food is ok. Conference room is good and provided with all basic requirements.Parking is good but limited.

Comfortable stay with nice and tasty breakfast. I specially loved their tea. Staff is friendly and Room service is fast. Best part is the location. I stayed there for a week and Sea view side walk was my daily routine post dinner.. Enjoyed my stay and will prefer whenever I visit this city.

Budget business hotel with excellent stay experience and approach. Ideal for people having offices around Worli, Lower Parel, Matunga, Mahim or even Bandra . At a throw away distance from Worli Seaface. Nice and quite neighborhood but no nearby market; one has to take taxi to reach market for any daily items. Also pls dont expect luxury stay. Breakfast is not so lavish; you may only find few items in buffet though prepare everything over order. Dining is quite expensive compared to nearby outside eateries. Best part they allow outside food and online delivery.Hotel staff is pretty helpful and courteous specially team at the reception. From past five + years I always prefer to stay in same hotel whenever comes to Mumbai for official tour.

Awesome ambience, Good Amenities, Great Staff, Amazing Service, Good in Taste...It was a just an overnight stay at hotel because my son wanted to pass by Sealink... This one is the nearest hotel I could find it and they are very convenient also they are pretty professionals too... I booked it at midnight and still hotel accepted the booking which was good enough for me...however, hotel stay was pretty amazing... it maintains all the 3 star requirements... provides some of the interesting facts and trivia about Mumbai and Bombay... It also provides a guide book for Mumbai to view...I checked in the hotel at 1 am and still they were managed to provide food which tasted delicious... staff was pretty helpful and polite...I was too tired if driving so I slept through morning and couldnt enjoy the breakfast but Im sure it would have been great...Next morning my car was clean and I was called for routine room service which is pretty strange cause I just checked in at midnight... Cant complain about anything except being little bit pricey...Me my little one was happy and joyful with our stay there...PS. if buildings werent there it wouldve been pretty clear from room to see the Sealink...

I expected some comment coming from you guys about the issue I had raised previously. It would be rally appreciated if you get back.The only thing I didnt like about the hotel was that the exhaust fan in each washroom is centrally operated between 8 am till 8 pm which is really odd as corporate clients normally do not use hotel between this period. The time when we are back from confrence/meetings the exhaust fan time exhausts. Otherwise the hotel is very nice, breakfast is delicious . Other amenities are also worth using.

It’s a good place for stay & conduct small gathering training events. It has got location advantage. Homely food. Heard that they buy raw wheat & make flour. Even the owner uses same spices at his home that they use in hotel. Food gives you homely feeling. Not oily & spicy.Nice staff. Late night room service is available.It all comes at an affordable rate.Same group has multiple hotels in Mumbai.Overall good & satisfying experience.

Good Location

We stayed at the hiltop for 9 days and the service was excellent. From the time we checked in which was about 4.00am in the morning it was really quick and efficient. We asked if we could have the sea view room and yes we got it. Room very big clean and tidy all facilities provided that you expect in a hotel such as towels, soaps, etc... bed comfortable, pillows good and cushions as well. When requesting for service this was attended to quickly and efficiently. Breakfast varied with fresh fruit, cereals, omelletes, eggs, waffles, milk and of course indian food. Waiters attentive and ready to assist. Overall no issues so I would recomend. Reception staff polite and obliging aways.

Id stayed in Hiltop in 2016 and I was back here after 3 years, pointing out the pros and cons -Pros -1. Location - super close to the seaface. Brilliant access to the sea to unwind after a long day.2. Breakfast spread - amazing breakfast choices, almost like an airport lounge.3. Helpful staff and reception desk - I had a last minute issue because of which I had to check out a couple of hours over the scheduled check-out time. Thankfully they were understanding of the situation and very cooperative.4. Gym - they didnt have this in 2016 but you should note that youve to ask them to turn the cooler on, its in the basement which means it can smell very damp. Not a good feeling if youre doing cardio and breathing heavy.Having said these, its a 3-star hotel and by which standards there are a few misses -1. Bathroom - very poorly designed. The shower area is so small that you cant sit if you have a bucket.2. Bedside - no plug points by the bed.3. They had shower gels before, you can see the drill holes where they had the dispensers, now theyve removed those.4. Network - you dont get good cellular connectivity in the building.

Great food, comfortable rooms! I needed to see a doctor during my stay - one of the hotel staff accompanied me and even went on to go buy my meds while I waited. These are things that make an experience stand out. :)

Its a budget hotel and very close to sea link. Stay was comfortable and staffs were very friendly. Overall value for money. Some rooms are smaller in size than others and that may be problem if u get one among those. Rest everything is fine and would love to visit again

The place is super clean and service is amazing and to the standards. Not bad for the rate I paid. Due to constant raining in Mumbai - they replaced my earlier booked room to a suite room which was perfect. Take the SeaLink over to the Bandra US Embassy, Juhu Beach - OR take a cab to various Mumbai tourist places. But if you want to go to Gateway of India spots, then definitely an hour drive from hotel to reach these places. Food was good, though you can get better tastier meat items elsewhere.

Very conjusted place in the corridors..need some renovation...costly food and portion of the food is too small..staff is helpful and prompt in their service..breakfast buffet doesnot have lot of varieties as they are charging 600/per person.. can be better..

An old conveniently located property, that has seen better days! Convenient location means that occupancy is never an issue. Maybe thats why they dont need to direct their attention to resolving long standing problems, the primary one being the indifferent Wi-Fi speed! The bathroom towels are too small, and the toiletries befit the stature of a much inferior hotel.That said, the room is big enough and the food available is OK.Just hope the Management looks into these issues and resolves them to make me come back.

Nice stay. Located close to worli seaface. There is a lesser known shorcut to seaface right in front of the hotel (walkable only). Complimentary breakfast is good. Rooms are a little small. Not great access to public transport. Even app based cabs take time to come.

Totally in love with this place. This is the fist time that Ive been here. Very near to Lower Parel. Easily accessible... And more than anything... Its just a stone away from the Sealink.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights on a business trip. It doesnt look too great, but the rooms themselves are fine, which is what matters. One thing I didnt like was the breakfast - there wasnt much variety, and I started off most days with cereal and coffee instead.If youre in the city for work, you dont want to be staying in the suburbs somewhere - most companies have offices in this general area, so it was incredibly convenient although a little more expensive than it should be - the booking was done by our travel desk and worked out to Rs. 5,750 per night; thats almost the same as the rack rate for Novotel, which offers a much more comfortable experience.

A 3 star plus hotel catering to company bookings. Though quite old all services work. The restaurant has a basic fare for the breakfast & the meal menu.

Bit expensive hotel in comparison to others... Staff were not educated and humble...food was ok....rooms are small... You can not bath properly as bathroom is so small...sorry so tiny ..only Location is good....even if it is a single bedded room why so tiny bathroom is there...a person can not be small in size just because he is booking single studio room.....overall paying more than we get in return...find a good deal on 4 star hotel rather spending that much amount here

Food needs major improvement. Breakfast/buffet is better. The corridor leading up to the rooms is very, very narrow and sometimes it makes you feel claustrophobic. Room is clean and just about okay. Room service is prompt.

Hotel is average with smaller rooms and old style bathroom. The breakfast options are very less.. But bed is pretty comfortable and it has a great location... Upper floor room can provide sea view...

Room is very small for the money we pay. Guys in reception, especially those in day shift, do not know how to treat the customers. AC doesnt work well and no fan in the room i stayed. I was disturbed late in the night to get sign for the snacks i had. In buffet table, they take time to fill and spoons etc. I found people in Mumbai are good. Wondering why cant appoint good staffs

Very friendly staff and super food. But cant give a higher rating as the shower drain floods up to the top of the divider. Couldnt be fixed by the engineer since the drain is just 2 inches. Also didnt have hot water one evening... Avoid room 108!

I really just passed from near hotel hilltop towards a friends house. Yet Im asked to write the review, so yes. The locality around is peaceful and it has a view towadds the Worli seaface (well thats amazing) and the structure looked great from outside, lmao.

Ambience is nice. But their services are irritating. Their menu prices are huge. Also no couples allowed, I saw one of the couple being thrown out. No friends allowed. Small petite rooms.

Only reason people stay here is because company provided accommodation. Because of corporate offices in Worli. Otherwise to stay here at your own cost is a complete waste of money. Overpriced food. Small rooms. Not so friendly staff. And no you cant see sea face from any room.

A reasonable place to stay in Worli. Walkable distance to many of the places n not so much of a noise.Internet access is only available in the lobby. Most of the food served are buffet style and mostly Indian cusine. Otherwise a good place to stay.

Ive stayed here for about 15 days. The hotel is very good in terms of cleanliness and room services. Food is of Indian cuisine which is good as well. But, the Internet service is horrible. Although there is Internet access in the rooms, the speed is almost zero.

For the standards of South Mumbai its not a great hotel. But it is a short walk from Worli Seaface. It doesnt have enough parking space and gives a feeling that it needs renovation. However coming to buffet, that makes up for a lot of shortcoming. Its a well spread Indian menu. One may go their for buffet alone.
