My service was closed in jan, they are charging for next 4 momths as well. Very bad service. Never use it. Legal advisros dont know how to speak

Do not subscribe to Tikona. Their sales representative will promise to provide connection in 24 hours after taking your money, and will not pick up your call thereafter. It has been 5 days and I am still waiting for them to setup the connection.On their policy, they refund your amount in 20 days after you cancel the subscription, even when you havent used a single KB of data.They do not create your login credentials before setup so that you do not register a complaint at their end.Height of unethical business practices.

This guy is a total fraud. His name is ratan. He committed me about the connection and called me ten time to make the payment. After the payment was done, nobody showed up..when i callwd tikona they said theres issues with the plan..this guy made wrong commitmentsBeware of this scammer

Amateur company for data services. No plan change services online and need to call 100 people around for subscription renewal or plan change. I suggest to away from Tikona.
