Clean and well equipped rooms. Stayed in a room with highway view. It is good budget hotel in prime location. The restuarant serves buffet breakfast at charges of 399/- + taxes per person. The food taste good. Staff is well trained and very hospitable. You will have to give a security deposit of Rs 2000/- at the time of check-in.

The stay was really good. Very friendly and professional staff. They provided us with a smoking room on 8th floor with an amazing view. Food was really worth it, especially the pasta. We asked for Access to the pool area for clicking some pictures it was denied by the receptionist, Its understandable because of the covid situation. Apart from that, we had a really good experience. Also, the rooms were clean and cozy. Looking forward to visit the fern again. Worth it place

Nice pleasant and peaceful stay with good breakfast and nice beds and clean bathrooms.courteous staff. whatever you ask they provide.Initially, we were disappointed since no room up-gradation, No high floor rooms allotted, nor any bellboys helped in carrying the luggage. but later on the hotel complemented with Nice cute Cake and provided proper Jain breakfast which we liked a lot. Overall a good experience but wish they had provided on the day of our anniversary and not the next day.

Stayed there for few days. Overall experience was good.Food was good. Breakfast could have been a little widespread.In room dining facilities available but slightly overcharged I felt.One weird thing, they have a door between two rooms. Not sure the purpose of that as its locked. However the problem with that is if you are speaking little loud, your neighbours in other room can hear what you are speaking and vice versa.

Today I went to book the buffet dinner for 30 persons for tomorrow for our family gettogather.Too good ambience, trained staff.The manager suresh was very cooperative.About food will update tomorrow once our party is done.

We were made toh wait for around 1/2 hr before we could check in. Also there were issues with the Air conditioning. We were told about complimentary room upgrade however we never got one. But overall experience was satisfactory.

Met a couple of friends for early morning breakfast buffet at Westin Goregaon and we were denied entry because we were not in-house guests. So left Westin and came to The Fern. The staff here was very welcoming (even though we reached 5 mins before buffet closure time). Not only did they serve us brilliant sandwiches and coffee , they also apologised for not being able to offer us the buffet (since they were in the process of picking up the food). 5 stars for hospitality and service offered.

Property is very good staff also but staff of dine out arent professional and food price is much higher than the 5star properties...Property isnt allowing any outside food which also a big problem..

Great ambience, clean and neat. Reasonable cost. But ....pathetic front desk. Took 20 mins to check in inspite of advance booking. Further they wanted the entire amount in advance....not to mention the excess amount claimed for. Food bills will have to settled each time you have something.... and to make it worse they dont even allow you to get outside food or online delivery.

In case of 3 people, you may find the room cramped. The room was clean and comfortable. Stayed there for 2 days . Very clean rooms , seemed like new hotel . Everything was good about the room.No complains, only thing was they did not change the bedding the second day , I had to ask them to fix the new bed sheet. Morning breakfast was good the people were courteous to bring everything to your table but I opted to serve myself. The agent at the front desk , Ms Kavita was awesome, very good service. You can learn everything at school but there are certain things where one has to do things themselves. She went that extra mile to make my stay comfortable. Many thanks .

I stayed at the hotel amid very difficult times. The cleanliness and hygiene followed by the Hotel was extremely good. The service rendered by entire staff was excellent right from the check in to daily housekeeping to check out, it was a delightful experience. I would like to especially mention about Chhaya the housekeeper who ensured the cleanliness and hygiene are World Class and safest. Not to forget about the human touch provided by Mr. Prasad at the time of check in. The check out was very smooth and was assisted by Ms. Samreen. Would definitely recommend the stay here.

I had lots of positive response from my friends so i decided to visit there today but my experience was really very bad the steward served us roti and before we start having our food he was like should i repeat the order for roti which i can understand it could be the closing time for the same but we it wasnt the right gesture for the same.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in,they will not accommodate a single request of yours,won’t even give it a try,front desk will give you incomplete information,I have called atleast 5 to 6 times at the receptionist all my calls were going unanswered I finally had to contact the duty manager but again no use I had to call him thrice chasing for things, communication between the staff is not transparent,you can’t order outside food ,the food which we ate in the hotel premises had a tiny strand of hair in the raita, right from check in to check out it was a disaster, I was in a middle of an important meeting and the WiFi was slow and myMeeting kept crashing

Fleur restaurant of The Fern is one of the worse restaurants you will come across in terms of food, their managers attitude (mr vinay or something - his # is *******117) - they either send very less qty of accompaniments or they send extremely spicy food or sometimes they will suddenly ask for online payment at the time when we are expecting delivery... this is irritating when they had accepted Cash on Delivery earlier... then they send us the link whch does not work and the manager is extremely unapologetic and bordering on rude.PL do not order

Ive loved my time here. Theyre a high quality hotel and I am very impressed with their focus on the environment. Their breakfast buffet is great - a huge variety which changes daily. They also provide a number of ancillary services like laundry, taxis etc. The food is lovely too - Ive had their breakfast buffet four times and also their club sandwiches. Rooms are well portioned and well kept - modern and clean and beds are very big.

The stay was comfortable. Polite and warm front desk staff. There was some paint/maintenance work going on the floor i was staying on, but the staff made sure that no inconvenience was caused to the guests.The only criticism would be the staff at the restaurant for the breakfast were slow, and ightly arrogant. They were trying their best though to keep the service going.Overall great option for the business travelers and family.

Average stay .. could have been better... can do better very tiring check in procedure.. rooms dont have a working fridge or good hair dryers, they are very forceful to clear the bills. as somebody staying with them for a week. i still have to make sure to pay my food bill each day. they are not understanding in terms of payment. even after requesting for a one day upgrade in 6 days they did not show courtesy. manish at the front desk barely understands the customer and only sticks to his verbatim. very robotic . the showers are not at all pressured... all over average stay

I had booked the banquet hall here for my mothers 50th birthday and the function was amazing thanks to the staff here. The hall was clean, food was really good and the ambiance was exceptional as well.

A friend was in town and staying here. I dropped by after work to catch up with him along with my significant other. When we reached the room, he received a call, presumably from reception, stating no visitors allowed after 7pm and asked me to leave. Never before have I been asked to leave to a hotel room anywhere in the world, let alone for such superfluous reasons.In the past, Ive stayed at Meluha The Fern at Powai without any such hiccups. Needless to say, this hotel chain will not receive any business from me. Im also putting in a word with my organization to blacklist this chain from our future corporate bookings.Edit: This is my response to the the reply of Hotel GM trailing below. Issues of guest security simply do not arise in the present case. My friend, the Guest on your record, obviously consented to us visiting him and made the same clear to reception desk. Despite this, the Reception reiterated Policy and demonstrated no inclination to listen to reason. The whole experience remains sour, which is what I wish highlight to prospective bookings with this review.

I have been at Fern before, but this time my experience was very bad right from Check In to Check Out. We got rooms after the standard check in time inspite of having the complimentary offer of Early Check In. They told us we are still sanitizing the rooms, although as per Covid policies, the rooms should be vacant and sanitized atleast 24 hours prior. We got luggage after three hours of check in, had to keep calling reception to get it. There was hardly any variety in Breakfast menu. Mini Fridge was locked. They dont keep any of the drinking glasses.

No frill cosy room with essentials. Cleanliness of the Hotel and implementationof the hygiene protocol. Staffs and location of the hotel. Good food and options.

Worst service . Lack of management. No response from the restaurant for food services. Unmannered staff they fake their reviews online.

It was an amazing stay at The Fern, I would love to visit again. Just one thing, if the hotel can probably provide a tooth brush and toothpaste as well followed by a confirmation if late check-out or early check-in can be provided atleast 1 day prior to check-in. Rest it was delightful and I would highly recommend The Fern
