Ive always had good rapport with Merryl since the first day I met her way back when I went with another friend to get his tattoo done when they operated out of their home.I must say that her hard work and dedication has got her a long way!She has inked me with some beautiful tattoos, ready to give her own inputs and always ready to accommodate our thoughts. I have known Merryl since 2017. The first time I went to get a tattoo with no idea about how its done? How to take care of freshly done tatt. The way she made me comfortable and took me through everything I need to know about my tat. My first tattoo turned out so beautiful❤. I released there is nobody else I could ever trust to give me a tattoo or a piercing. Since then I have got nose piercing and ear piercing in two seperate places and got two more tattoos by here. I wanted to get a tattoo from her . She was very humble in the beginning, but after I paid the booking amount, I had to cancel due to a death in the family. She shared a modified version of the design I gave her . After that I couldnt go ahead with the tattoo due to the death and she refused to pay the entire amount back and wont even compensate with anything else. I asked her to pay back atleast 50% of the amount as she did modify it but she completely refused, and told me I had to make the same tattoo only and I couldnt Compensate elsewhere. This is really disappointing. My money was wasted so before you go guys pay her only after you get inked cuz at this point she is just openly trying to rip ppl off.I suggest do not even go as you dont need all this negative energy when youre getting something new and exciting. Very sad to experience this as I heard she was good!!

Well.. So I got my first tattoo from Ink Factory Tattoo & piercing in the month of January this year. It was something that I had planned for years and finally thanks to Merryl and Girish it happened!!! Right from finalising the design to getting it done and making me feel at ease while it was happening since it was my first ever tattoo, the support and level of comfort that Merryl provided was amazing. Her patience level, love for her work and perfection you can actually see it in her tattoos. Post this I got two more tattoos from her which just speaks how neat and awesome her work is.Also, this is my go to place for piercings. Have got a nose piercing as well as two ear piercings from her and all I can say is her hand is magical. ❤️This place is my happy place for sure and you would say it too once you visit them.

I very first time I visited I went for belly piercing, it was a good experience, they let us know in brief about the service we are getting done, they are professional yet make u feel comfortable and adding on I must say they have a magic hands, my both piercing Heald very fast belly and tongue...(just that follow n do what they guide)More they hav cool stuff as in earings, studs, hoop rings etc. Which I must say holds a very good quality...Note* call a day prior before visiting so u can fix your appointmentIts recommended!

Girish and Meryl were very welcoming. Forget about the piercing I enjoyed my time and procedure there. They made piercing seem like a piece of cake. The procedure was painless and they explained the precautions to be taken in a very easy way. Ever again If I plan to get piercing done will directly hop to Girish and Meryl’s place without any doubt.Also in this pandemic situation they provided me this unexpectedly amazing service by taking care of proper hygiene.This place is highly recommended guys do visit.

Unprofessional. Shoddy work. My tattoo still has scarring because of how rough she was and it hasnt healed for a year now. She did not change the original design or add anything new to it, rather just decided to copy it and changed the color. She made a mistake in the line work. The shop is very messy and untidy. She has zero technical application. Just because you have a tattoo machine, doesnt make you a tattoo artist. Save up and go to some good tattoo artist after doing extensive research. Dont look at the cost if youre going to get something on your skin thats permanent.Edit: they reached out to me after reading this review and asked me to meet them. Upon meeting them they confronted me and told me that my skin damage was my fault. She told me that skin being embossed is perfectly fine which it is not because I had a word with several tattoo artists and they told me its scar tissue. Her friend who was with her claimed to be a bio technologist (Ikr, how absurd? If he wanted to lie, he could have said he was a dermatologist) and said that scar tissue is absolutely normal which it is not. After complete dismissal of my claim and not willing to take responsibility, she finally agreed to cover up the mistakes on the tattoo and told me shed need two-three days to think of a cover up. Its been a month and she hasnt gotten in touch yet. DO NOT GO HERE. ITS WASTE OF YOUR MONEY AND YOUR SKIN WILL GET DAMAGED.
