Its a complete scam, please be aware of such companies. I had over 12000 miles which were about to expire, I get a mail from them to pay for a upgrade by which my points would be valid for another 18 months. Even after the payment for upgrade was made my points have expired. Call center people are very rude and dont have any decency to talk or even understand the issue and they have hired idiots to reply to email queries stating the same thing the points once expired cannot be reinstated.
I booked a ticket with them, even though the airline gave a full refund, they refused to return the convenience fees.Even for a 2000 rupees ticket the company charges a hefty 1180 convenience fee, so if they do not return the fee they are effectively looting you for the airlines faultPlease surrender its cards and do not ever get a intermiles card
Horrible customer service. I know, literally no one at InterMiles would care to read this review but it’s important for their customers to understand how miserable their customer service team is. The password reset takes mode than 10 days and they keep on repeatedly asking for same set of documents. Either get some competent professionals who can read and understand customer emails or just simply shut your customer service support.
Horrible and fraudulent service. Claim shipping partners offer 1000s of miles per transactions, but not all of them get recorded. Customer service claims there were no transactions. Please do not fall for this scam
The worst customer service I have ever seen.. spend some more money to book from other parner but dont go with this.. you will regret later.
Pathetic service..considering COVID restrictions and changing Govt guidelines I booked flight by paying some extra to get zero cancelation benefits. They jus make advertisement saying pay extra,U can cancel or modify ur booking any time with zero cancelation charges. No questions were asked. My return flight got canceled. Though its airline decision, still I didnt get full refund. I knly got only 50% refund. Then wats de use of paying extra for it . I would never book through intermiles again.
I purchase any items amazon or flipkart , i use intermiles only . Intermiles is one of best medium to purchase any products.Intermiles gives you the miles which you can redeem into any vouchers like amazon or flipkart or even lot of deals. Recently i converted my miles to 2100rs amazon vouchers. I review by my personal experience only . I did not call customer care because i did not face any issues till now.I have used other medium as well but none like intermiles.I want to personally thanks intermiles.They are doing great .Keep it up....
Poor service and bad experience with call centre. Spoke to the floor manager (Ankit) who blamed me for forgetting my password and that he cannot do much about it. Very rude conversation. My account password reset will be restored only after 3 days is what i was told. Do not understand the business sense in keeping customers waiting for 3 days to avail services.
With the new update its very hard to earn the miles, un installing intermiles now!!
Some or the odd error in shop rude junior staff no now new info not updated Amazon wish list has to be empty as it is a cart beware shop.intermiles is risky

I spent 60,000 miles(points) on those tickets and intermiles hasn’t refunded me those points/money until today ie 6months later.When I call their customer care, they say they need to find out why it hasn’t happened and then say they’ll apply cancellation charges!Why the hell should I pay cancellation charges if the airline cancelled the flight and the govt imposed a lockdown?How is it my fault? And they’ve promised to call me back twice and I am still waiting for their call for my refund!Intermiles if you’re reading this!Please contact me and refund my money!
