Spine payroll software is very user friendly and is very useful in our monthly payroll activities.while we are facing any technical issues at that time of payroll, assigned spine coordinators are always busy & neither call back to resolve our query within a short time. Need your quickly support instead of raising the ticket system, guidance or steps given on email and pass away 12 hours. It would be better to resolve the queries through any desk, it will be more helpful in productivity.

Dear Team,Overall your services found satisfactory, b have some basic lacks which needs to be rectified.Like while filing 24Q for FY 201-20, we were requesting for Annex-II in same format as IT dept suggest. But the availabe form 24Q was in older format. We requested and co-ordinated for so long to get the file as per req format. Form24Q as per IT dept format was an basic & must have feature which we gets from every Payroll partner. New format was made available by IT dept in Feb20 but on our request again & again then we got it in Jul20 ater when we had provided your team with whole working, formula column wise & column wise difference betwen your old format & IT dept new format. Afer providng all spoon feeding, it took 2months for them to fulfill our basic need.Rest all seems fine but some minor thins are there which Spine team should focus to make it 100%.
