I had purchased the device when it was launched and was working satisfactorily. Since last Nov it stopped working. When I contacted their customer support, I was told they have discontinued the product as well as the service, putting my investment to waste. They are cheats of the first order and would strongly advise all not to have any dealings with them.

At the time of purchase of device responded very frequently.Now I am facing problem from last 6 mths.The Device is not working.One of my technical friend checked and we noticed that Sim card in the device is out of service.We asked the call centre of Airtel Sim they informed us that the company not paid dues so we stopped the service of sim.We have already paid in advance annual fee of Carsense.They are again demanding money for service.My apeal Dont Purchase the device.Company is real cheater.

I WAS ONE OF THE EARLY CUSTOMERS PURCHASING TWO DEVICES From them. They were plagued with problems like tracker not tracking the trip frequent disconnection etc.Now the problem is that I am not able to renew my license.Their customer care is a joke..Better stay away from themUPDATE..THEY HAVE STOPPED THE SERVICE.AND MADE THE CUSTOMERS JOCKERS...DONT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THESE CROOKS.

Ive been waiting for the product for more than one month. The product hadnt been shipped. They have booked shipping but the status of tracking says that pickup failed as product is not ready. These guys have absolutely no idea about customer service. They are utterly useless in customer support. Only thing they do well is make promises. Dont waste your money on them. Im going to file for a refund.
