Software is good and helpful for your trading but do not expect any support on software training and your technical problems. all the support staff are useless and they dont pick up call nor respond, specially mumbai branch.I got some good review from my colleague taken software sub from delhi. After sales- support from mumbai is worst , Even HOD/manager of technical support team are also careless. i observe if you once bought software and renew then they will taken you for granted and even seen your msgs but they will not respond you. software is same if you take service from any where in the world just employees of mumbai ruined the name of company. company should take actions.
