I wanted to give in negative if that was the option available.CBRE is serving as the perfect example of how big companies are using this Covid situation in India for their benefits. However the reality being opposite to what it looks like.The call has never been picked up by any of the HR and the pre recorded voice message says its currently work from home, dont know what HR is working from home if not answering a single call and the pre recorded message mentions pandemic so to clarify as being the citizen of India there is no such pandemic going on in the country so stop using it for your benefit.This is unprofessional to utmost level.

Well designed, keeping in mind the efficiency of the Real Estate(as it is way too costly in the said micro market) and productivity.CBRE has 2 floors (11 & 12) on lease in this building and is accessible 24x7 for employees if required.Work culture is good.

Worst property management team specially at Auris Serenity, they don’t respond in time.

CBRE team of your Seawoods Grand central mall is pathetic. It took more than 2 months to approve simple layout of my office. Almost two months passed and i still didnt get the basic requirement i.e electricity connection. Every time i follow up with your cbre officials i get new timeline. My interior work is not in progress from 14th of April and m still struggling to getelectricity connection.
