Unprofessional staff,

I bought a chappals from here, within 3 days it started peeling off.They quietly took for repair as they must be knowing about quality. Had to follow up but they ddnt bother to call back to collect. So not only product but service also very poor. So avoid.

I think good ratings are given by ppl who work there.I bought a pair of rainy footwear from there and within a weeks time the outer sole got flat( grip ).They were least bothered to the complaint and didnt do anything.I dont suggest to anyone.

Please dont take anything from this shop i have been conned ! Please

I HAVE NO GOOD EXPERIENCE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE I HAVE BOUGHT A PAIR OF SHOES NOT EVEN 1 HOUR OF USE I STARTED GETTING ITCHING AND IRRITATION ON MY SKIN THEN i WENT THEM FOR REPLACEMENT BUT THEY SAID THEY WILL NOT REPLACE AND THEY DID SOME CHEMICAL WORK ON THAT GAVE THE SHOE BACK BUT SAME PROBLEM I AM FACING . NOW TELL ME WHAT I SHOULD DO. NOW I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN TO BUY ANY SHOE FROM THE SAME SHOP OF STEP IN SHOES.
