I had purchased a pant from Massimo Dutti and it tore from 5-6 places. When contacted by the customer care, they blamed it on me, saying its not a product problem. Terrible assistance from a reputed company like Massimo Dutti. They are cheating and selling low quality products and not being liable for it. This is not my first complaint, I have faced several such issues in the past from Massimo Dutti products. Hence recommend not to buy from Massimo Dutti.

Worst pathetic behaviour by your staff, especially nurul and anirudh have a bad attitute. Dnt undrstand hw cme a brand hve such ill mannered people at their store. Guys dnt shop frm here as the exchange policy is weired, thy themself dnt recognise their products duly tagged wth their barcode.

I have Visited the Store many times and I love the collection here. Massimo Dutti is one of My Favorite Brands. Staff here is amazing and polite, at times guides over the apparel suitability which makes eases buying decision. I have bought many clothes from Palladium Store In Mumbai

Very poor quality. The jeans just tore and when I should it to the store staff, they said they will put the complaint ahead to their Spain headquarters. Inspite of charging such high prices, quality is at the poorest.The store staff did not offer to replace or reimburse us for the cost of the jeans. They just said its a production related issue and will be addressed by their main office in Spain.

Very bad quality products waste of money to buy ...staff was too rude ... I shopped for 35000.Rs for few dresses as it was my first time to experience this brand... button we’re cheap quality fabric was also bad quality. I request the staff to replace the button he started arguing with bad behaviour in Palladium Massimo Dutti store .. finally I walked out with my dressed and I gave to my servant.One of the cheapest brand with high price not worth for 1000 re also.Sales girl had stolen my shopping bag the moment I left showroom & I checked my shopping bag I found my bag was missing I called Massimo Dutti Manager Sumit he took 30 minutes to make story and later I will check etc I told him strictly that I will complain and then he said Sorry mam pls come I will give your shopping bag worth returnThis is the cheap staff of this brand .. Manager came out requesting n retuned my shopping bag from Calvin clean and Mont Blanc... what else to speak about this group no words ...

Staff in not at all interested in showing you the clothes they are all busy talking to each other! Have visited thrice same experience all three times dont think I will visit this store ever again!

We know this outlet as H&M. Good place to shop for readymade clothes. Decent designs pastel prints and latest trends in Womens wear and great formals and informal for men.

I have been wearing this brand for over 1.5 decades. But the selection available in India is poor. The customer service in the store is almost zero. All the staff are busy doing something but no one cares for the customer. Been there twice but the same bad experience. No one helps.

Massimo Dutti was started by Amando Lasauca in Spain in 1985 with only collection of mens clothing and in 1991 started with ladies and also boys and girls clothing are available but not in India.Massimo Dutti’s clothing quality is superfine i.e its really awesome.Customer service is superb.
