Worst steel cooker I have ever received, also rude vendor not giving perfect solution
We had purchased Dosa Tawa 250cm from J.R.Rathod, from Bhavani Shankar Road, Dadar, Mumbai (Tel. no. 24226159) vide Cash memo dated 4/8/2019 with ONE YEAR GUARANTEE.Within less than two months, the so called reinforced three coats started developing bubbles on the Tawa. When I complained to the shop keeper Rathod and took the same to him on 6-10-2019, he kept the Tawa with him for around 3 weeks and returned with another old piece of complete white Tawa on 26-10-2019 stating that Vinod Cookware has declined to replace the Tawa though it is within the guarantee period of 1 year and further told that Vinod Cookware representative has advised not to buy any Vinod product in future to avoid replacement within the Guarantee period. Your Help[line was either out of order or not reachable.From the name, one can easily make out that Vinod Cookware is a small time Tawa maker without any brand image and not bothering for damage to its reputation. When the so-called triple coating on the Tawa is damaged by normal use of Tawa within less than two months, how can Vinod Cookware refuse to replace the same in the guarantee period OR is it knowingly giving only bogus guarantee for products of sub-standard quality in good packing. OR is the shopkeeper hand-in-gloves with Vinod Cookware for such misdoings.Please remember replacement of the Tawa within the guarantee period of 1 year is my right and responsibility of Vinod Cookware AND by refusing to replace the Tawa, Vinod Cookware is committing a breach of contract/Trust.
