I am having a current account and Saving account in this bank...the staff is most pathetic and doesnt value customers time at call...for small letter certificate that you hold account in the name of firm. The staff called me trice. Responded rudely. I dont want to continue with this bank.

The staff is highly professional and always ready help. They actually follow banking with a smile. But it being a small bank many people don’t get so much interested in it. Its actually a very nice bank to have an account in

The bank is ok, seems a bit less on space than the Goregaon west branch. The staff is good but can be better. Security and cleanliness must be maintained.

Gud evening sir. really all the staff are very good.but the MANAGER (SUROJAA) AND ACCOUNT SECTION LADY (PRABHA) .is worst and really they cheted us....regarding loan...just for 2.lac rs loan we have morgaged 50 lac house [email protected]% and when we went to receive the cash .they are SAYING that ur loan has been rejected and if u want loan they started offering 14. % soo we disagreed the loan but they are not ready to give house agreement to us..today they called and told that u have to pay 4000 rs. we will give u the agreement....sir pls help us.today my parents went to the bank and i dont know what going to happen there.

They treat customers rudely they does not have any concern about customers very poor services
