Went here for lunch dine-in. As expected the service was impeccable. Staff is very good and they follow covid protocols very well. Everyone is masked and sanitizers are provided at all tables. Coming to the food we had the white pepper tikka and amritsari fish tikka for appetizers. Both were really good. The white pepper tikka was very succulent and full of taste. For the mains we had mango prawn curry with rice. The curry was creamy and had a coconut base. We enjoyed it though it wasn’t spicy. Flavor was very good. We had sitaphal panacota in dessert. It has a very subtle flavor and was not overly sweet. We could taste the sitaphal also very evidently. Overall a great experience!

One of the best place with awesome experience of food, We went there to celebrate bday really enjoyed it. Me as a human being developed interest to learn sign languages after visiting there.Food is not that expensive and quality 100℅upto the mark it gives you the complete feeling of satisfaction. One of satiating restaurant in Mumbai. Most of the staff is physically challenged with voice and hearing capabilities, but they are very much able to understand and get your favourite dish.Pros:- Very courteous staff, they can help you chose new dishes, so do leverage that.- Delicious food with variety of eating and drinking options, also do try the Tikki pPlatter.- You can learn some basic sign language on each visit.Cons:- Wait time could be less.

Nice vibe but food was terrible. We ordered 7 starters and out of that 5 were not at all as per the expectations.Most of them tasted weird, few starters were uncooked.Overall not at all satisfied with the experience. Not recommended.

Amazing restuarant i have visited so far. Best service and the food is even more delicious. Specially loved the paneer cuisines.. theyre so soft and fresh. And best part they have staff who are deaf and mute and they communicate with you in sign language and are very humble.

Good ambience, peaceful environment, light music, awesome staff. Its in the heart of city but you can have a good escape from hustle of metropolitan city for the time being. Food is delicious. Although nothing much on dessert options, but overall variety of food is decent and unique taste. Teaches you a different way of communication, it was fun learning their sign language. The Unique hotel I have ever visited is this one.Mirchi & Mime is a very unique and interesting dining restaurant,They serve modern-Indian cuisine, And most unique thing about this restaurant is that all the meals are served exclusively by speech & hearing-impaired service staff or in other words deaf and dumb or slightly deaf and dumb service staff. The restaurant offers seasonal and select classical dishes across India.Prices are moderately high but thats okay.Menu card have the hand sign instructions on how to place the order or how to ask something to the waiter.Inspite of such disability the service staff works more than great. Timming is perfect and the hygiene is maintained so well in this place.I visited it 2 years back but still havent forgotten about it.We need more such hotels.And the taste of the food was toooooo yumm....!!Best dishes I have ever had are from this restaurant 😋Cant wait to visit it gain.

1. Really good place, but very expensive. Im taking down one star as the price is not in my range. If you are fine with good food at very high price tags, do visit this place. 2. The second problem is that we wanted a place where we could talk and dine. But once the crowd starts coming in, the place becomes too loud. You end up having your dinner and leaving. 3. The initiative to communicate using sign language is good, but in the end you end up just pointing at the menu than ordering using sign language. So they should take some steps to make sure people stick to the theme of the restaurant.

This is such a different experience, ordering food in sign language, simply loved the concept. The servers are hearing and speech impaired, but they understand everything perfectly even when you do the wrong signs..theres a learning curve you see. I was truly awestruck. Wonder why dont some more restaurants adopt such initiatives to help the society.

The place offers really great ambience in terms of both class and decor. The music was also nice. The cocktails are nice, so are the starters. But when it came to main course I was disappointed. So overall it was a good experience, although not exactly up to my expectations!!

Simplistic Indian Food served at a Top Notch Level. Loved the USP of the restaurant of serving food using hand gestures. Although we couldnt get a table inside the restaurant cos the tables were already reserved, were lucky enough to get a high chair table outside. The food was super tasty and the plating was excellent. Although the quality did justice to the food but the quantity isnt heavy for the Indian appetite. All in all a great experience at a little high cost.

Tonight I will go there already the 5th time. This is a fantastic place with a good variety of Indian Food. I really enjoy this place.You communicate there with Sign language which brings an interesting aspect in your dining experience. If you are nearby do not miss out this restaurant.

What an excellent experience. Was only in Mumbai for two nights and this was hard to get a booking. Managed to get one and was really worth it. AMAZING food!!!! The service and atmosphere was great. The wait staff were very helpful even though you cant speak to them. You get to practice sign language

Really liked the wait staff and the ambience. I think the prices are a little high for the food but that is acceptable. We had dinner for 4 with a bill of little more than INR 4000. Getting a table here is hard though. They get a lot of press and publicity. Make sure to call a few days early if you want to have dinner on a weekend or at least a day early if not more for a weekday.

The food is lip smacking. The service out of the world. Hats off to the owner for employing differently able people as staff. All the menus have instructions on how to place an order in sign language. Its really easy and the staff respond very well. Gives a peek into the world of the deaf and dumb. The waiters are disabled to hear and speak. However, simple sign language with support of regular manager makes things easy.Taste mild, presentation ok. Bit pricey. Difficult to understand menu in terms of whats starters, how it would look like, etc.Worth taking along family or business stakeholders.

This place is too good, name anything and its the best.I had like about 4 starters and from them what I loved more were the Amritsari fish tikka and chicken white pepper Tikka, just amazing.I would also recommend something from the dessert which is a must have and that is srilankan jaggery pudding, the taste was so good ended up having one more.
