Amazing hotel for stay. Located just on Juhu beach. Service was very good. Hotel staff is very polite. I booked sea and pool view but I dont know why they allocated me only sea view room. Everything is good at hotel as its 5 star hotel. The only thing which I didnt like about check out timing restrictions. They dont allow to stay in room 5-10 min. more i.e. means anyhow you will have to checkout at 12.

One of the oldest hotels of Mumbai. Been there several times in my childhood with my parents. And, today when I am a grown up crossed 40 years of my age, had recently been there. And, experienced the same hospitality. Special attention to the customers, which was indeed worth. Breakfast was awesome and attentive staff always ready to serve you with great hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel. Staff is very courteous and friendly. Hotel is situated by the beach which gives an amazing view. We got ocean and swimming pool view. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Cleanliness, staff quality, food quality etc are way above the mark. I would definitely recommend. Great hospitality!

We sat at the Aqua and went in for a buffet. View is amazing...its Juhu beach facing. The food is good and value for money.

Nice hotel to have staycation especially during lockdown because the view of Arabian Sea is just gonna take you to another level since the Juhu beach is no more crowded with people and all of it is clean. Hotel staff are real polite and humble to you. But one thing I’d suggest to the visitors that A la carte is real expensive so better opt for a package that includes breakfast and dinner.

I visited this place recently visited this place Street the lockdown. They are taking all the required precautions. I would recommend trying the pizza here and also the nachos. Not to mention the beautiful view of the sea from the hotel.

We went for Dinner with family and the waiters were absolutely disrespectful and we didnt enjoy and not only wasted our money but our precious evening also. I give the Satff and management a Thumbs Down 👎

Horrible. Rude receptionists. Rude room service guys. Pathetic food. Bedsheets have holes. Wooden door frames in bathrooms are rotten at the base.This hotel is fit to be a 2 star hotel, nowhere close to being called a 5 star hotel.

One of the best hotel stays for me so far. The hotel is situated right on the Juhu beach with beautiful view from the room as well as from backyard. Amazing room and extremely polite and helpful staff. Much appreciated special attention to quarantine guidelines. Availability of sanitizers at all the places inside hotel. Food is delicious and served always hot & fresh. Well done!

Had a High Tea event. Pakoras & Samosas ver good. Prawns Cha - Chu was the high lit. Had not eaten such a Prawns Cha - Chu ever.

Pathetic hotel. Being an institutional quarentine listed hotel they dont clean room claiming quarentine rule. They dont sanitize room before and after occupancy it seems bcoz never saw staff with room sanitizers. Food is worst.

My experience was really very good at sun-n-sand hotel. Im a musician and I was their for an event on 8th feb 2020 for a musical event. Compared to The Taj palace hotel at gateway of India and some other big hotels the staff here was very polite and helpful right from the security chk to the banquet manager and his team. The food was awsome in taste and perfectly cooked. I really appreciate the managment team for this and would ask them to keep it this way.Thx a lot to the whole team of Sun-n-sand hotel. Love u all guys and keep up the good work.

The property bedrooms and breakfasting area need a complete refurbishment Absolutely fantastic location bang on juhu . Very good staffing and amenities…Service was excellent, staff were exceptional and always happy to help. Rooms were clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable. Very happy that we chose Sun n Sand The swimming pool was hygienic Loved everything about the hotel. Old world charm with modern day facilities. Spacious clean rooms…Breakfast was good - could add more Mumbai local options in daily breakfast menu. Pool side and sea view was very pleasant… superb location, light music and natural wave sound makes you more calmer from inside

There are 2 five star hotel in juhu but if you want to feel the real feel of mumbai check in this hotel and second thing that most of the bollywood media happens in this hotel , so if youre a bollywood lover , you can see your favourite celebrity in this hotel and try keema pav of this hotel I know it cost you a bit.. but worth it.. and more thing which make this hotel unique is that you can watch sunset from pool without any obstacle in the view

A shame on being a 5 star hotel, the reception staff is extremely rude and has no manners whatsoever. We were quarantined and paid a hefty amount expecting the services to be the best but its worse than any 3 star hotel if we wanted such treatment why would we even book a 5 star. They make their own rules and change it according to their convenience. The housekeeping could easily wear PPE knits and come and clean our rooms with all the precautions but no we were supposed to clean our rooms on our own, dirty washrooms that needed to be done by us. We were kept and treated as if we are in jail or have done some crime. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE LOOKING TO QUARANTINE BETTER GO TO TAJ HOTEL. FUCKALL EXPERIENCE FROM THE WORST HOTEL.

I have dined at Sun & Sand in the past but sorry to say that the food has never been so worse. It was tasteless. The zafrani murg was only few tiny pieces of chicken nuggets floating is some soup. I can easily make out that you have some how cooked up a meal and cheated us for 4.5k. I will be posting this up on FB and also providing a bad feedback on all sites including that of sun & sand as on 31/12/2020. Its nothing but cheating. Horrible food and service.

The entire staff was exceptional, and really took care of my father, and I. They thoroughly made sure all our needs were addressed. I would like to give personal recognition, and appreciation to Revita. She made our stay become an exhilarating experience. She went above, and beyond our expectations, and always made sure we were fully taken care of in each and every facet.The quality of food, cleanliness, and accommodations were all top notch. It felt as if we were staying right at home the entire time. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude, and covey my appreciation to the entire staff, especially Revita.Highly recommend Sun N Sand hotel to all other guest visiting to Mumbai. Mix up on arrival about being met at airport but hoping a learning curve to ensure taxi on arrival of flight.Pool n sunbeds available. Lovely to watch the daily Indian weddings taking place.
