It was a great stay. The property is very well maintained and had all the safety protocols in place. Food wasnt as great as the other Taj stays.

Sea view rooms are a must.Regardless of whether you get the sea facing ones or the band stand ones.Staff is Taj Standard. Very hospitable and helpful. The rooms are amazing. It took us time to give the room as they were sanitizing it.Very clean room . Once again Taj Standard.The views once again Taj Standard phenomenal..We had a great view of the sunset. Loved the time we spent here.You can also visit local eateries or go to Carter road to try street food.

Had wonderful staycation choosing this hotel. right from checkin to checkout we had amazing experience. we also got complimentary room upgrade + higher floor and also late checkout.Lots of variety in food for breakfast,lunch,dinner. highly recommend must visit once. Had a lovely stay at the hotel. Staff is cordial and prompt. Food is excellent and lots of variety in the buffet (breakfast lunch or dinner). As Covid norms were being followed pool and some other facilities were closed. Room had a breathtaking sea view and the cabinet as well as washroom was well stocked. Loved the interiors of the hotel as well. Highly recommend a stay.

This place is located at a beautiful end of the city surrounded by the coast. The overall ambiance and layout of the facility is very good and well managed in line with the tradition of Taj!

The room were good…but you will find ample amount of dust on corner..i dnt understand who does that…especially in this corona..The lunch and breakfast buffet were good but dinner was not upto the mark..Been a vegetarian i end up eating only dal rice and lit bit biryani..The waiters in the restuarant will come and listen to you but will not serve you..for one thing we need to ask 4-5 times…

My first ever 5-star experience was nothing I expected. Entrance- Security guard was rude while informing us about No video shooting at the gate, and then he asked us to show the ticket to confirm if we are staying at the property or just clicking the photos. (which is understandable in terms of Privacy and Security concerns but you need to be humble enough to inform your guest). Later the entrance Staff Girl did apologize after knowing the incident and told us we cannot shoot entrance -exit, lobby areas at all for security concerns. Front desk- We got our room as we requested exactly at 2:11, the staffs are really polite, humble and did tell me If I want to do Vlogging, she will inform PR team to contact me and they will guide me further. Then we got the welcome letter, Keys and we checked in to our room. (Which never happened the entire day nobody called for. PR team and next day, Front desk asked for my Insta AC, still nobody called after this information, I guess I am not a celebrity Vlogger, so Nobody entertained🙄🤔).Luxury King Bed- Good Room, Great view of sea link and City with Inside Pool and Garden area. Bathroom was beautiful, specially the Bath Tub. Toiletries were good, some missing items were Bathrobes, +1 slipper (only 1 was given for Guests) so we called and requested for it. Guest services are very Quick 😊.Lunch/Dinner/Breakfast- Limited menu as it was buffet , expected more options.Food quality and hygiene was good.Note: Considering Covid Situation, less staff, less menu I guess. My overall experience was something I experienced in 3/4 star hotels.People who have not been to any 4/5 star hotels should visit.

I was not expecting this in taj for sure. I booked a room no. 1523. Serene view which was completely different from there images mentioned in the sight. Here i Suffered a night without sleeping due to there ac issues. My family badly exhausted and suffered bcoz of ac issues whole night. And it was not even cooling. The food in the buFfet is also not as good. Seems i wasted my money this time here for sure

Its really wonderful stay, all facilities are excellent , specially food is very delicious and so many varieties served with smiling staff only one disappointed not to having swimming facility due to this pandemic situation. Your reception area is very good and specious. We wish in future also to stay at your hotel for more days. Only one suggestion it should be dressing table near mirror in room so ladies can have more comfortable. Regards.

This is located on Mount Mary Road and the sea view is exactly opposite. The rooms have 4 type of views.. Pool view with city (very good in the day and night), Half ocean view (good during the day), Full Ocean View (Best view) and Sea Link View (not great). The property is simply amazing.. The rooms, pool area, walking area, reception lobby is awesome. The service and hospitality lives up to its brand name of Taj.. Only one rating is less as the breakfast, lunch and dinner did not have much options.. Maybe due to covid but it was not great in taste too.

Its taj, but needs some attention. Weekends are very crowded. The food served at the buffet was cold and limited. The service at the buffet area was not accommodating. Since it was crowded we were given literally a very faw away table. There was leakage from Ac and water droplets were splashing on me. All in all, it was not the exp we expected from a TAJ

Taj hospitality make the say memorable.In 1 week I stayed twice in Taj Land in 1 days gap.On my first stay specially Ms RAINA ( spelling might be wrong) and Mr. Aaman. Both of them really helped in all way to make stay comftable from starting to give the perfect room I wanted .

My team Wise Movie Reviews was invited at Taj Lands End for the launch of an international Bollywood app and website Showfest. It was a starry night with the likes of Sophie Chowdhury, Alka Yagnik, Daler Mehendi, Govinda, Pooja Hegde, Shaan, KK, Kumar Sanu, Mohit Chauhan, and several others to name a few. The staff at Taj is very warm, receptive, and cordial. The food is awesome. Chicken Mughalai starters and fish fingers were awesome. Overall, a place which is worth visiting!!

Had an amazing staycation experience with family at Taj. Food was great too. The reception staff was really helpful specially Tanmay Joshi who alloted us the room with views considering we had special occasion and also a 6 month old baby.Rooms alloted had garden and also sea views.

Great location and nice hotel but lack the typical Taj Hospitality. The restaurant staff of vista are careless and treat you like second grade customers if you take a package deal with food. Many things will be chargeable. Asked for a paratha - not in package! Asked for Roti- not recieved for 15 min. BUT the manager learnt and he was truly courteous and apologetic. No milk in coffee vending machine for breakfast - so got black shot instead of Latte.However, the Atrium bar and lounge was great with live performances and great bar.

The hotel offers a beautiful view of the sea link.If you’re staying here, don’t miss out of visiting the Bandra Fort and park area (1 minute walk from the hotel). The hotel is almost at the end of the road - this ensures minimal thoroughfare and makes the road a great place for walks.While the hotel looks dingy from the exterior (it is quite old), the interiors are top notch and on par with any other luxury Taj property in the country.

They do not allow Two wheeler parking which is ridiculous. I didnt like this thing at all. Overall its a good place.

Bad food, old rooms .. had high hopes but totally disappointed.. specially ming yang .. everything tasted of stale oil specially the dumpling soup and all the dumplings we ordered. Vista had decent food. Only 1 choice of chicken, for dinner. Breakfast options were good. It was my husbands birthday, I requested for a slice of a small cake a day prior ,had it been any other 5 star ,I wouldnt even have to mention that,since they have the ID details.. but nobody reverted back, so later I ordered one at the end of the day. Having the TATA name connected, it was a very average experience, wont be visiting again for sure.

Food menu is limited whoever whatever we ordered was good.And the room with sea view is amazing.. if you want to have something specific than you can order from Zomato 😉

Horrible experience. Will never go or recommend. Most insensitive staff. When we requested the staff to please talk to our neighbouring rooms as there was a din being created till 2am the hotel staff replied that the neighbouring room occupants also had paid for their rooms and had come to enjoy we should best with the din being created till 3 am. Shocking response to say the least. Also the breakfast, lunch, and dinner spread was very unbecoming of a Taj hotel. Even breakfast we were forced to have in the ball room instead of the restaurant. Overall very harrowing experience during our 3d 2n stay.

The location is beautiful. Our room had a sea facing view which was delightful, the stay was very comfortable. The food wasnt great to be honest, we had only one meal there but besides that everything else was on point.

Had lunch at Ming Yang. The cocktails and the food was outstanding. We had a representation of 3 generations over lunch and everyone enjoyed the food. Presentation, taste, portion size etc were all worthy of a 5 star rating.

We stayed in infinity sea view room. It has beautiful view from window. For room we will score 10/10. Food we will rate 7/10 as food options were very limited. Location ofcourse 10/10.

Very nice place for staycation..but seems everyone is flocking these kind of places.Dinner was very average and hardly any social distancing was observed due to single venue for all residential guests. There were hardly any attendent to cater your specific need.Although apart from food Chaos everything was good.

Not the ambience that you would expect from a 5 star hotel. They do have good facilities and workforce at hand. Food is quite decent. Spacious rooms and banquet halls. They could have built it better with the amount of space it occupies. It is covering a major chunk of Aguada fort. The space could have been managed much better. It is hardly visible from the main road.

The one star Rating is purely on the staff that checks you in/ out. Otherwise this is a 3 star place at best.Overall a bland experience. I feel strange calling this place a “Taj”. This is quite an upgraded lodge-with-a-view experience.The staff doesn’t care about doing anything to solve your issues/concerns and seem to have an ego problem for some reason. Listening is not their strong suite. Unfortunately , if you’re at the front desk checking people in and out - that’s what you have to do. But they simply don’t care.We got a good deal online and even then we feel like we overpaid.The breakfast at vista is a sad sight to behold and start the day. It’s way overcrowded and small and food is nothing better than your local udipi.

It was great att the Chinese restaurant. Very good food , drinks and service. Was given a table for two but just at the entrance to the main restaurant. Ofcourse since we had not done reservation did not put much pressure to get better seat. However table right next to ours was vacant the 2 hrs that we were there..Normally at any restaurant if reservation it done for specific time , if the guest does not turn up , the person after giving some additional leverage time gives the table to the guest present. Wish we cold have had the better table. No grudge but just fyi.Regards .

Excellent property at a price. Food wasnt as good as we had hoped for. A quick walk at Bandra Bandstand makes your evenings melt away.We visited the property with kids for a staycation for 2 nights. Will service as expected was excellent, it was very crowded even on a weekday. Many people (visitors) were without masks. We were aghast and preferred room dining.Beautiful location, pool area closed, spa closed. So all you can do is relax in your room or check out 3 distinct cuisines choices - authentic Indian, authentic Chinese and a multi-cuisine one.Breakfast experience was unpleasant. The spread was generally overcrowded with people. No option to arrange breakfast in room, unless you shell out extra.Families thinking of going there for a staycation, consider at your own peril.

Very disappointing that you can not visit this place if you go by two wheeler. They have ample space for 4 wheelers but no parking available for bikes. Thats really disappointing. Its like insulting middle class people.

Rooms are ok ok not up to the mark... Like St.regis or Jw Marriott.. food is superb and room service is always gud... Overall experience 3 star... Just bcz of room... Its very old type...need to upgrade...and fridge was also very horrible...I gues fridge was very very old 90s type.. Taj is just a brand... I will recommend to visit St.regis instead of wasting money... Just a sea view is superb....

One of the best places can anyone visit during a pandemic. The view is beautiful, the services are top notch and the food is delicious. And the taj hit all three points. The rooms are sanitized so no worries at all. They are available 24x7 for the services, which is the best thing. The toilets are japanese ones, shower and bathtub is also best. Overall, it was the best 2 day stay ever and Taj really put a standard of living after the visit.

Taj lands end is a nice compact Business cum luxury hotel of the most powerful chain of hotels Taj.Located on sea shore it has huge lobby, great faculties, many rooms and suits. Three main restaurants Masala bay (Indian), Atrium ( multi cuisines) , Ming Yang ( Chinese ). Two bar, swimming pool. Conference hall, gyms, sauna steam, all facilities that a five star have. Service is very good, staff is courteous, rooms are very very comfortable, very clean, well maintained. Value for money. Location is also very convenient 11 km from International airport, Covid protocol is strictly followed. Worth visiting. i will love to go again .
