Product still not working even after repair by these guys, Charged ₹2700 for capacitor change of Harman Aura. Just want to loot peoples hard earn money, God bless them

This little nook tucked away in a quiet corner of a well maintained society complex in a bye lane of Khar is actually a big garage space which has been converted to become an electronic repair shop.They say they repair kitchen appliances as well as audio video equipment.Well I was in the market to repair my old Sansui tape deck which had a special place in my heart.However wherever I inquired, before going to Star Electronics, I was politely turned down citing reasons like, no parts, etc.etc.So when I ended up at Star Electronics and the visually impaired Owner Naresh Gidwani agreed to take up the job after consulting his chief technician Mr. Kallam Sheikh, I was pleasantly surprised and greatly relieved. Hope once again sprang up in my heart. That I would be able to listen to my old melodies once again.I was directed to pay Rs.200/- upfront as an inspection / estimation fee, which I paid promptly.About a week later I was given an estimate, which I approved and gave my consent to complete the job.After a forthnight I was called up again stating the job had been completed and I could pick up my tape deck from 11am to 8 pm.Alls well that ends well I guess.

Highly unprofessional shop. I showed my amplifier and the shop didnt just quote a higher price for repair. But when I chose to take the system back without repair, they were very sketchy on returning the system.Would advise against leaving your product at the shop without personal attention.

They fixed my speaker at a good rate and quickly, it feels like Ive bought a new speaker.

I have been using Altec Lansing ATP3 speakers for over 18 years , Suddenly about a month ago they started to spike sound and the sub woofer made a weird Thud sound even when there was no signal going to it . Looked up audio video repair professionals , came across many . Visited Star Electronics for an opinion after a phone call . Spoke to the owner Naresh Gidwani was much assured with the way he dealt with problem . I JUST WANT TO SAY THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN RESTORED TO PERFECTION , HE KNOWS WHATS THE BEST , I JUST TRUSTED AND ALLOWED HIS JUDGEMENT .

I want to give Zero Star.😠 Very Bad Service.And The Person in Specs doesnt have Manners to Talk 😡😡😡.Very Bad Attitude.Plz Dont Go There

Their technicians are really good, of you have any hi-end amplifier or any brand they will repair it for you.

Got my Denon amp repaired. Working well past one week. Good owner and staff.

Serviced my Bose system from them, performing very well and charges are reasonable.

After 45 days the amplifier shut down and doesnt come on. The owner doesnt respond to messages.

Had gone twice, so far their service are good.
