Their visiting charges are 5000/-Guys are you kidding me? Even professionals like Dr. Fixit, Berger Paints, ASIANPAINT, etc charge around 200-300/- for visiting & consulting. Whats there for the customer when he is paying you 5000/- just for your visit!!

I found their response very arrogant and high handed. I approached them for finding out how they can help me manage leakages at my Bunglow in Vashi. I was quoted a charge for first visit and consultancy, which I agreed without any negotiation. The payment was to be advance, which also I was ok. I asked them about what will report contain. The answer I got was very vague not going beyond details of remedies. So I asked for a sample report so I can be sure of what is being given against what they charge. I was refused this point blank. I also explained that I have burnt my fingers earlier on pretext of consultancy. They didnt even offer an alternative like reference etc. The answer I got was, If you dont trust us, we cant help it. Trust needs to be instilled and not demanded.

The work they do doesnt have any shortfalls.There are no doubt about their fair pricing.They gave me the perspective of how it is an insurance for my 3bhk home investment.4 years and counting.
