Rude behaviour ...they don’t know how to talk with customer ...if Tumhe work nahi kar na he wo bandh kar do ..ese misbehave mat Karo ..very rude staff and owner ..I’ll come to Varsova Link Road and they are fighting with me like jo kar na he karo Hume fark nahi padta..guys support me and give them punishment for they give such rude service..minus 20 I’m giving you

Very very bad behavior of the girl who takes calls for orders . She first took my order and said will deliver in half an hour as my location is same as where the shop is , specifically told her I need delivery in half an hour . After 20 mins when I call as she forgot to give payment link and I was behind her to send so I can pay tats when she told me she cant send by half an hour and to order from somewhere else ,no apology just hung up on my face .. extremely bad this is and very unprofessional

Bad service ...it was a very big mistake that I visited wow pet salon..the experience was not at all wow ...it was a worst pet salon Ive ever visited.the staff ND owner was very rude unprofessional..they dont know how to talk to customer..they are fighting every time ...if they treat customer like dog then how might be treating my pet...please learn some professionalism...

The staff is very rude to. They dont know how to work with customers and they dont give them proper information. They cancel appointments on their own and it is the worst pet salon Ive ever booked an appointment in.

Each and every time i visit their shop i get awesome response from Nawaz and imrana. They wil guide u which food is best for your pets...just love to visit there for my pets foods and accessories.
