When you talk about Coffee, the first name that comes to mind is the The Starbucks. It has always been a place where we can relax and talk. The staff are very courteous and well trained and always have a smile...and they go extra mile to make you comfortable. Coffee and Shakes were amazing. Desserts are also too good. A beautiful place for hangout with friends and family. I just love it

A popular chain of Cafes, providing top notch coffees and food. Very hygienic and highly trained staff that provide excellent service. The prices are a bit steep on most of the things in menu.A particular pastry that blows our breath away everytime we have it from here is Red Velvet. Absolutely scrumptious and mouth watering..🤤

Good ambience, courteous, helpful and very knowledgble staff and prompt service. The coffee and snacks variety has always been amazing. The visit to Starbucks have always been amazing.Their sandwiches and rolls along with different varieties of coffee have been a delight and always demands a visit.

Place is nice and so is the coffee. It is similar to any other store of Starbucks. However the staff is not as good. They try to over sell other coffee types which we do not want to order and keep bothering if we choose otherwise. Also they assume that everyone is coming for the first time in a startbucks store and try to coach you and pin point every small thing. This is very annoying in this particular store. The staff need to step back and relax and not behave like road side hawkers. Also the Seating space is very small.

Starbucks has always been one of a kind and my favourite.. A place where young crowd hang alot with their friends and enjoy the shakes and the coffee at this place.. Very hygienic and highly trained staff that provide excellent service..They have really good options in Frappuccino and even hot beverages.. we tried Strawberries & Creme, and Double Chocolate Chip.. Also Red Velvet Cake, which was very yummy..Ambience is super cool to spend some amazing time with your coffee..

To being with I must say that the Starbucks outlet at Growels 101 makes me see the STARS and when the food is served you actually why did I pay all those BUCKS.. There is alot of difference between the outlets recently visited the Borivali West outlet the food was fresh and delectable.. The outlet of Growels 101 had stale food. The order was served very late first the coffee was served, 13 minutes later the food. We had to as repeatedly for our order.We ordered for the following1. Carrot cake - Dry dry very dry - I felt if I poured water it would make it moist. The person forgot to give the sauce and we had to remind him..2. Chicken ham and cheese - the person at the counter said it would be warm. When it was served post reminders I felt I was eating plastic and wax. The bread was brunt excessively resulting in the cheese flowing out looking colourless, pale and slimy and tasteless we could not taste the ham . We had to change the food.Finally they changed to Chicken empanada, name sounds interesting but the taste is terrible. It was stale no words to describe.. The picture shows the food is cracked not appealing to the eyes nor the tastebuds.3. Tall latte and Tall velvet Vanilla Latte - okThe staff - Shoheb explains the lack of focus on service is due to excessive customer turnout. So I guess they prefer an empty outlet.Sunil goes a step further to state that they had staff exigency.How does my experience stack up against the Starbucks Service Promise prominently displayed at the outlet -Your drink should be perfectIf not let us knowAndWe will make it rightPlease help me understand is the Starbucks team focus only on drinks?If yes please stop selling food.

It is good store.. somehow i like mahavir better... no doubt on coffee and staff.. just the overall ambiance

They have COASTERS NOW! Biggest problem solved. I used to be worried for my laptop bcuz of the water dripping from the surface of the coffee glasses. The table used to get wet. Anyways, One of the Best Starbucks in Mumbai for working peacefully. Perfect amount of light and great ambience. Friendly staff and they make corrections in your drink if you want, very politely. They welcome you when you enter, say goodbye when you leave. Small things, but they do matter. It made write about it here so, yeah it definitely matters.

I have always been a Starbucks Pioneer but my visit today was exquisite. The super cheerful, customer centric staff arranged a COFFEE TASTING SESSION for me! I also got to taste the carrot cake (which i never ordered to avoid sugar) but i repent on missing out on it all this while. It is a must try! The enthusiastic staff educated me on the types of coffee they serve and how Starbucks sources their coffee beans and product. Being a coffee enthusiast, i shot a lot of questions and they patiently answered all of them .. This particular Starbucks outlet is my favorite!!!! Always a great experience. Thank You Guys. Visited Starbucks and they were celebrating international coffee week. All tall handcrafted beverages at Rs. 100 on 6th october. I really enjoyed my Java Chip Frapuccino with cream and choco chips. Will strongly recommend this beverage to all Starbucks visitors. The staff was quick and crowd was well managed by them during to the offer. Overall it was a nice experience being here.

Starbucks as it should be. Pricey, of course. Ordered a pour over coffee but wasnt that hot, as by the time it gets to your table after the pour over, heating of the milk, it gets like warm.

I loved spending time @ Starbucks for its ambience, convenience, customer friendliness and its coolness. No one came to disturb or ask if I would like to have anything...I think thats what truly differentiates Starbucks as against any other chain. The coffee I had wasnt good and I shared the same with Shoeb and he was kind enough to redo a fabulous coffee. Truly appreciate it!

Very very satisfying coffee ! The customer service is 6 star literally the staff is very friendly and comforting ! They will guide you to save as much as you can through discounts and membership ! I love Starbucks ! Just to go there and sit while sipping coffee and doing your own work ! Starbucks is different because the atmosphere is quiet ! Its calm and comforting. If you become a member then you get really nice rewards on your purchases and birthday! Its the best place to relax and focus on your work ! It is expensive yes but its worth it ! A good spot and have a space background

It was not a good experience personally for me. The tables are arranged so close to each other that you can hear the entire conversation of the people sitting on the table next to yours. Though the service was quick you can avoid ordering strawberries & creme frappuccino.
