Not happy with reception staff, they were very rude, specially sabina is not answering to client and not giving instructions perfect

I had a wonderful experience at the NM diagnostic centre. The girls at the reception were most polite and helpful and in 5 minutes i was in the CT scan room where a very kind and polite gentleman by the name of Kanti bhai took charge. He was so reassuring hlpful and he kept telling me i would be fine and giving me confidence to take the test as i am claustrophobic and wasa little scared. Kanti bhai is an asset to your clinic an i wish him lucl in his endeavours.great inic too. Arati Sachdev

This is about technician Ms.Nusrat Ansari. Shes was in time, very systematic about sanitary protocol and an absolute gem. She was extremely polite and courteous. She saw to it to make is feel comfortable first before taking our swabs. The organisation is lucky to have an employee with such amazing conduct.

Extremely bad service, receptionist is very unprofessional and RUDE. Receptionist behaviour was disgusting. Don’t go here because doctors are equally disappointing and behave so weirdly.

Clueless and rude receptionist. No information about when the reports will be available. On the day of test, was told the report will be available at 2 pm next day online. When I called at 2 pm, was told reports will be available at 4 pm. Still no sign of the report and when I called - now I have been told that I need to go the center and collect the reports. When I expressed my frustration, the receptionist replies rudely - Im not a doctor and this is the third time I am telling you. It is very clear that you are not doctor because clearly your skill set is zero. Avoid NM medical at all costs.

How is it that I promise myself that Ill never go to NM Medical and land up right there once again!! After being given an appointment, youre made to wait an hour. Only to realize that they have double booked the same time slot!Its because of the people taking appointments,the entire reputation of this lab will go to the dogs..

Reached at 7:20 am, asked the reception guy to help me with which packaged to go for, he refused and says his shift starts from 7:30 am so asked us to wait another 10 mins for him to explain. At 7:30 am he goes inside where the other guy comes out and ask us to sit and wait coz the reception guy is busy in the washroom. The worst experience.

Prompt Service Courteous Staff

The NM at Bandra has gone down in standards especially in the quality of staff that they have at the reception. My aunt had gone there for tests along with doctors paper. The staff at the reception was clueless about the nature of the test, they were zero informative. The ladies at the reception were too busy chatting that they did only one test instead of the two given by the doctor. And then we had to call the centre, to tell them about the same... not very helpful was on call for more than 30minutes. All in all a very harrowing experience.

Worst experience ever!! They sent a lady, to collect my blood samples which I wanted checked for dengue, malaria and a general blood report. She took INR 2300/- (no receipt given, and my gullibility to think theyd mail a soft copy along with my report as promised at the time promised) I was promised my report online (personally wrote down my email to make sure they get it right) I was willing to pay extra for getting it in the evening same day as I needed to travel to Pune on urgent basis. She promised me Ill get it in the evening. Waited till 10pm and after frantically calling their bandra centre (spoke to a Receptionist at one of the nearest branches as the one is question no one was picking up, sweet chap but utterly useless in this case because of the people and staff the organisation hires or outsources to, namely the lady who took my blood samples!) Turns out she lied on multiple accounts, when i called the lab, they had no clue who i was (search systems, IT!!) so when i asked her about my id number etc etc she refused to share it! Then I had to scream and create a fuss before she calls back close to 1030pm now and tells me my report on the phone (can you believe that!!!) and says that they will only be able to sent the report email by monday?!? wtf...is an understatement at the level of unprofessional behaviour and negligence especially for the line of work a lab is in. Very disappointed and dont recommend it to anyone...

The services offered are a bit high priced.People at the counter would look beteer if the smile more often when communicating customers
