Hotel Is Good, Staff Was So Helpful. Tv Were Not Working And No Dustbin. Small Tiny Rooms But Awesome For Couples With Silent And Pleasant Short Time Or Full Night Stay.

Appreciated for the hotel location its near Sakinaka Metro station...cozy compact hotel with fast room service. But OYO team needs to increase the hygiene level of room. Hope rest of the rooms were good enough accept the one i stayed... found a big cockroach, a gutka strip and also the T. V was not recharged so not workable.

I enjoyed the stay at the Hotel Royal Annex. I really liked how quiet the room was despite of the hotel being located in downtown. And the heating/conditioning unit was so easy to work and it was practically noiseless. Loved the the, although not as much as the fluffy one that Westin offers its guests. The staff was super friendly and kind and also efficient. I loved all the extra touches that the hotel provides: free and rather good coffee in the morning, infused water throughout the day and hot cider in the evening for the ones like me who is coming back from a freezing walk downtown.

Great spacious rooms. Yet super weird. The area was very lonely and the entrance to the building where there are rooms is not easily noticeable. Had a feeling of being in a horror movie while entering the place. The rooms however were great and well ventilated. Outside food is allowed. The best thing here is its location. It is situated just below the Sakinaka metro station.

The stay was Wonderful. All amenities and food and beverage service was proper.

Cant say enough about how great my stay at The Hotel Royal Annex was. The girls at the front desk are so warm and friendly. They made the check in process a breeze. I stayed in a junior suite and the room is exactly as you see in the pictures. Spacious and excellent decor. Clean and set up well. The bathroom was a nice size and left plenty of room for two ladies to get ready! We went to the bar / restaurant and also had excellent service. The area of the hotel is super safe with plenty to keep you busy, I cant wait to come back and stay with the Hotel Royal Annex again!

You may have to ask for your basic amenities..... Rather than expecting them to provide by themselves... Need to improve maintenance... Value for money... Basic stay...

A worry free hotel. Very clean rooms and comfortable room. Just like home away from home. Pretty much everything you would want or need in a hotel room. We always enjoy staying at the Hotel Royal Annex. It is our first choice everytime we go to Sakinaka.

Worst possible experience. On app it is showing that I have completed my stay though I havent even reached the place. I am about to reach in Mumbai today after midnight. I dont know how did this happen. I have booking for 2 days and the advance payment was made during booking still they are showing that I had only 1 day booking and that also had been completed. I called the help desk and they disconnected the call without solving my problem. I dont know what to do or where to complain. Kindly avoid oyo. This kind of fraudulent activity cant be tolerated.

Poor Room & Washroom Quality ( Ac Not working even water also providing in used bisleri bottle) No cleanness.. Staffs are very Supportive. Food taste was Good but no hygiene. Really disappointed with hotels room.

This was an awesome family hotel. Perfect for a little family getaway. Lots of things to keep kids busy... Awesome buffet breakfast. the location is great... easy access to the area. Staff was pleasant . rooms were clean!

Good hotel. Friendly service. Fast elevators. Large fitness center. Nice breakfast in executive lounge. Connected by skywalk to convention center and mall so no need to brave the elements. A good value for the money.

The Hotel Royal Annex in Sakinaka obviously has Leadership that trained everyone to understand the Value of Customer Service! The moment you walk through the front door you greeted by people that are focused on helping the Customer. Plus, you can feel the staff enjoys providing this type of service and it is not an act! Every time that my travels brings me to Sakinaka I look forward to my stay at the Hotel Royal Annex!

I stayed at this hotel for one day. Very arrogant people at reception. Rooms are very small, no ventilation. I seen in this hotel unmarried couples friendly. Dont go anyone with family. When I given only one star on OYO rating, the next day hotel staff asked me to leave the hotel immediately. I had very very pathetic and bad experience this time from OYO. I will suggest OYO Team dont engage with such a Lower class, chaddar palati hotel.. It hamppers your prestigious image. Dear brothers kindly be sure not to stay in this hotel. Thanks

Stayed here on a Friday night. Check in was fast and easy. Room was ready early. The room was very nice. The room is not large but very comfortable. Everything is updated and very nice. The restaurant is great. Was pretty busy and workers are really nice. Came back late night and then had breakfast at the bar. Food was really good and service was great. We will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect and can walk to restaurants and shopping.

We had the very best time! They went out of their way to make it special and very enjoyable! Breakfast is fabulous! Rooms are very spacious and very clean! It was convenient to have the theatre across the driveway! They also have the best creamery with homemade waffle cones!!

Actually my friend was staying here for one day , they do not allow guests to visit and give the reason of security where as they do not mention it prior while booking hotelYou will find that the hotel ratings on the oyo app are quite good and thats because while you check out they forcefully demand to give them the higher rating and a good comment.I would rather not recommend this hotel as the room is quite smaller then it looks and the images + the service is also not much good.Even though we were getting late for the flight they forced us to wait and rate there hotel with good numbers so as we were and hurry we did it , please note that do not Rush and give ratings as your real experience unlike us.Thank you.

I would suggest not to visit this place as there were a lot of problems, which I faced while check-in, the room was badly maintained, not at all moneys worth, all in all - bad experience.So, I would suggest go for soemthing better around the facility.P. The staff is great at making you feel welcomed! They serve a hot breakfast buffet daily! The rooms are clean and attractive. Inside and out, beautifully maintained! Have arcade room, whirlpool, and 24 hour fitness room. In season, also ice cream shop in-house! It has been a great place to rest and relax! Definitely returning!

Excellent! Loved the room decor, cleanliness and view. The service was very good, timely and provided by pleasant servers. Location to the conference center was very convenient via the sky-walk in addition to accessibility to restaurants external to the hotel. The food in the Hotel Royal Annex restaurant was excellent!

Rooms were goodbut need proper maintenance.It reeks of cigarette in the lobby itself. Even the bed sheet and food plate provided by the hotel had cigarette burns. Cement chips were falling near the bed.l and even night lamp bulbs were missing.But after contacting OYO they contacted the hotel management to at least get rid of Cigarette smell and ashes in the drawers.

The boy who helped us was very professional and helpful to giving referrals to where to go and what to do during our stay. He has a great personality and very easy and fun to talk to. A true scholar and gentlemen. The staff made us feel at home. We felt like we knew them for years.

Hotel Royal Annex was wonderful! Came to Mumbai for my sons birthday and to see the city. Centrally located to the shopping and every place to visit. Staff was expectional. Rooms clean and comforable. Would stay again.!!

The hotel is modern, sophisticated and beautiful. My standard double queen room felt spacious and well-appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the room appeared extremely clean. I am a discerning traveler-- this felt more 5 star than 4 star.

This is such a nice place to stay. The entire experience is great. everyone is so nice, the rooms are very comfortable, the area is so clean and relaxing. I will stay there again. The quiet town has so much to offer as well.

The are in which hotel have is nearby Sakinaka metro station its only 200 to 300 m frm st. Their hotels rooms are hidden you cant get is exactly hotel door or wall and upper their are hotels rooms little bit congested and interior is also good but there are cockroaches and washroom is not clean and hot water heater was off but any queries you can call them and provide that facility. If you want to order beverages are also available and other stuff also.

Good place and very affordable place to stay overnight . Almost connecting Andheri and powai and very close the the metro station. Polite staff , alot of food options around or you could also order on the food delivery apps . Worth it for the price. Cleanliness would be a small scene and their air conditioner sucks sometimes as well . Otherwise good place to stay overnight

Superb & comfortable place for stay

Boutique hotel feel with friendly service. Staff were a great assist with all our questions and concerns. The room was clean and well appointed. The food in the restaurant was delicious and plentiful.

This was a nice surprise in the heart of all the activity in Mumbai. The rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. I would recommend this hotel to others who are looking to be in the heart of the city. Many of local attractions are in walking distance.

Very nice and clean hotel, the breakfast buffet was very good. The staff makes you feel right at home. We were there over Valentines Weekend the dinner and show was exceptional, the shops were fun and the bakery was outstanding.

On showing the rooms they were not clean nor they were hygienic. Flies were all over the hotel even in the rooms. Ac looks disaster as if it is collected from garbage and fitted on the walls. Even the rooms shown in the picture is not matching the one we have seen. BAD EXPERIENCE. Our time our mood our holiday all spoilt because of this reason. Although hotel staff were nice and cooperative.

There is no water available. Last night check-in at the time itself informed at hotel reception. They told due to air pressure. It will be resolved. But in the morning also same problem single drop water not available. Waiting in the morning to fresh up.

The rooms were immaculate and beautiful. Right in the middle of all the shops. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. We are going back next year and staying longer!!!! The free breakfast buffet was great too!!

This room was very nice an comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Whirlpool was big and nice and exercise room was very nice. The pool needed to be cleaned on the bottom. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

Everything is fine and comfortable for me.. Its near sakinaka metro station and connectivity to airport also good as its nearer.. Service is good but the room may bit smaller..

Manager is soft spoken but room service people are not mannered and extremely rude. room service purpose fully switch off gyser and ac in the middle. AC of half of the rooms are not cooling. But after requesting gave me a room with working AC.

The breakfast buffet is worth the wait as the food is good, fresh prepared, and hot. The coffee is great. They keep the buffet well stocked, if short ask them, they will bring to your table.

The worst place i have ever stayed in my entire life. I’m visiting Mumbai first time and have no idea of where to stay. I trusted OYO and chose this place close to the airport in Andheri East.One of the dirtiest location in mumbai.Too crowded. The staffs are friendly for sure. But the hotel is dirty. The are dead cockroaches in the bedroom and i could see rats at the end of the hall way. I stayed in the room 206 and apparently it’s in the corner. I could hear the rats making noises all night. Yikes! Pls don’t go there. Stay out of Andheri East if possible. Also didn’t realize that OYO has these kind of hotels

This is the worst experience for me in Mumbai. Very small room , dirty room, not at all hygiene. The water droplets from the ceiling drops in every single minute on bed as shown in the picture. The washroom was not cleaned and the worst part is that the bedsheets n napkin provided was not washed ..I recommend you all not to chose this..please

Very bad experience actual room looks very different from what they shown in picture. Very dirty no proper response, broken roof air conditioner is dripping water.i never prefer this hotel.worst part is when I checkout they took mobile and gave good ratings.

Great location, very clean, not a fan of the contemporary on a budget look, but still a nice stay for the money. Restaurant, bar, and all employees i interacted with were wonderful. Check in and out was very easy.

Very very poor. The rooms have fungus around AC and smelly. Felt suffocated all through my stay. Also the rooms are so tiny that makes it uncomfortable living inside.Neither the intercom was working nor the geyser. Bathroom had leakage everywhere.Not at all worth it living here.

I am giving two stars just because they gave us rooms to select. bt unfortunately all rooms were defective. finally in the room we stayed, the bathroom door was broken. the AC water directly falls in the bed. and the running water was too smelly. nad experience overall

Well entertained by receptionist, drinking water easily available. Only morning breakfast complimentary should start early like 7am to 10am. Rest OK.

Ac was not working very well, room was so small and tv was not working. There were no drinking water, towel, tissue paper and etc. You can not have any guests in your room. But the stuffs were polite and it is so close to metro station, just less than 100 meter.Overall I would not recommend you to stay with them.

I booked a 2x deluxe room. The room that was allotted to me was a saver size room. Even my first booking of saver room was better than this one. I dont think that was a 2X deluxe room. He showed me 2 rooms while early check in, there were cigarettes filter outside one and another one which I selected to be in wasnt looking like a deluxe room.

The Hotel Royal Annex Sakinaka is a high end property that prides itself in customer service and satisfaction. The guest rooms, lobby, fitness center, restaurant and sports bar are all updated with great amenities and service.

Stay was good for overnight. The room was small so a little bit uncomfortable but still u can manage for short stay. For single it is best. For more than one it is ok.

The place is located right next to the Sakinaka metro station. The rooms are small, but sapcious enough to host one person. The staff was courteous and they made sure things were nice and easy.

Pathetic room and staff were not friendly...booked through oyo...rooms were not according to the description.... complementary breakfast were of poor quality...as soon as we gave review on oyo... suddenly the hotel management called and asked to leave the room even though we informed beforehand about our late check-out....also the hotel reception person misbehaved and forc d to leave the room

Location was convenient for me to travel but not as per pictures shown, no soap and toiletry provided, AC was not cooling the room, feeling sufficated due to no ventilation.

Kind of surprised that at this property some things are missing. Stayed on the concierge level for rooms which are the upper floors of the hotel and there were no shower caps or facial wipes in the bathroom. Lower level Hotel Royal Annex properties have these amenities and at the very least the higher should carry these too. One robe in the closet which was ratty and with much too much wear to be used by a guest.

The place was dirty and filthy. The food service (complementary breakfast) offered by OYO rooms was great. Apart from that, not much... The water heater and AC worked okay... But the room was very dirty and bedsheets had stains which the hotel management refused to change even after pointing that out. If you are thinking of going to US Mumbai Consulate, this place is far and not recommended especially in Mumbai rains.

Meeting and the Inn was next to the venue which was great! Very clean and friendly staff. Looking forward to using the patio and possibly bringing the grandkids for a visit.

They dont provide the rooms they show. Most of the devices dont have proper remote and they barely work. A/c is not well maintained and water keeps dripping. Had to really complain to my Booking site to get a room change done which took most of my time. To add to that I had and early check in of 10 Am which wasnt available till 12:30 Pm So wasted my time really and then the above things happened. So I finally got to relax by 2:30 Pm. By far a horrible experience. I guess that helps anyone before making a decision.

Giving one star only because its not possible to give zero. Rooms are terribly small. Washroom was dirty and foul smelling. Exhaust fan didnt work . No water in faucet. There were dead flies lying around and an even greater number flying around in the closed room. AC was spouting out a very feeble draft of air. The ceiling fan tossed about so violently that it seemed as if it would fall on the bed. Staff was highly unprofessional and nonchalant. Room was unprepared upon arrival. It was in fact full of cigarette smoke left by the previous occupant and no Oyo bundle of toiletries was provided. Also walls are so thin that noise from uncouth neighbours could be distinctly heard in room. Also the location of the hotel is really shady. By far the worst experience of stay at a hotel.

My stay was good ... The rooms were small so a little bit uncomfortable for 2 .. staff was good.. the management asked me to give the Rating infront of him which I felt bad but I avoided it.. so over all it was good for short stays..

Our trip to Mumbai was to celebrate the holidays and see our son sing in the stag event. We had a lovely stay at your hotel, we love the smaller size of your hotel and the personal attention from staff.

Pathetic place. Staff absolutely sick. Rooms filthy and dirty.. The bedsheets not even washed after use of previous guests. The moment you enter the bathroom and look at the basin and bathing area. Its disgusting.

I do travel a lot.... In which i get to stay in many hotels, which i mainly book through oyo... And if u belive me trust me this is a no go hotel, will spoil ur stay, a blot on the face of oyo standard, u may belive me when i attach the room photos, nd be patient enough to read of what i observed here1. Dirty bed sheet and pillow covers, clearly the used ones from previous guests, were also torn at few places i asked them to change bt they didnt.2.long hairs could be found on bed as well as on floor which is quite obvious as the hotel is very couple friendly.3.towels provided were also torn, and no hand towels available4.asked room service for water which is generally available i oyo rooms from oyo itself and lo behold i get to besleri used bottles filled with tap water which is warm and awfully distatefull5.had to ask several tyms for oyo bathroom kit to get it6.the cranked ac in room played its own rock band entire night7. Leak plumbming in bathroom sealed with cloth helped u to have a feel as if ur are with natureAnd belive me if dont have any prblm in it, then this is the best hotel to give u nightmarea..... HAPPY STAY

Serving plates are broken and burned. AC is not working. AC water is dropped on bed. In Toilet Taps are running regularly.

The room had a mice also the washroom light wasnt working and the ac wasnt cooling the place at all...

Not good. Room was smelly and there was no ventilation source. Ac was not working properly. Bath room door was broken and was without lock. Worse from OYO.
