Pathetic experience. I came for sonography for my pregnant wife. The staff didnt behave nicely with me when I requested them to come inside to see my baby. It was the experience I was waiting for and excited about. I assured them I wont disturb and stand quietly. They told me there was a law which prohibits husband from going inside the ultrasound room.I knew this wasnt true as my brother in law was allowed inside when my elder sister was pregnant and did her sonography.I searched the internet and there was no mention of such law.I suggest to go somewhere else if you guys have a choice.

Went for NT scan here, and the report is missing basic information like length of Nasal bone, umbilical cord, Does not have any information but amniotic fluid, no information about basic structure of baby. Please avoid going here for specialized studies like ultrasound during pregnancy. They lack experienced and specialized staff for this. The Nt scan is specialized study and takes more than 30 min, this guy Gaurav fartade wrapped up in 10 min and lack of professionalism and expertise was visible in the report.

I went here for ECG testing in the afternoon.The doctor was not available for reports so go it the next day. In normal cases the reports are quickly circulated to the patient.The cost of ECG was 430₹I guess that kinda high for ECG as Ive heard of Dr.s taking 180₹ for it at places.Went here coz it was NABL certified.

We had our health check up and few tests been done here as our company has tie-up with them. Very professional and polite staff and neat and clean centre. They have equipped with all the new machines required for various tests. Best thing is they create your Id by registering you on which you can view your soft copy of reports and other health details. They also have parking place for four wheeler & two wheelers. It can easily be identified from the service road.

Worst lab in terms of patient management !They are least concerned . They staff is arrogant to the core ! Just avoid this lab please folks !!! Just avoid .. I doubt their professionalism and now their reports too !!!If only I had read this review section earlier !!!In the invoice they mentioned an I in my surname and wrote my age as 41 instead of 47 ! Since morning i am following up for the change but no.respite. its not a joke its a circus folks !!!

Nice and fast service.

We had booked a Covid-19 home visit for my father. The booking process was simple and easy and the technician arrived on time. Though the samples were collected and it was painless for my father the process was overall inconvenient for us. We were asked to dispose of the PPE ourselves. There were no contactless payment option other than cash. We also did receive the report over email and required multiple followups. Compared to services from other labs the experience here was bad overall.

High charges still no time management of doctors and patients

Pathetic before booking appointments they dont know if they would be able to do the job or not. Last minute cancellation of appointment or making people wait for three to four hours post appointment is a norm and routine this center follows

Clean, Safe, very Professional and Fast reports.Safety and accessibility for patients is much easier and wheel chair friendly.Reports are fast and have a good ways to access from anywhere.Staff is good and friendly.

Where irresponsible behavior by suburban diagnostics , pls dont rely.

Good infrastructure and set up and prompt service. Overall smooth process for basic health check ups. Rates may seem little on higher side . It is located on service road near RMall and very easy to locate.

Management is totally weak, no manner how to behave and whenever I called here they gave us half information and say sorry, cost is high but no responsibility, I recommend dont go here

Good diagnostic centre.good service

Had a very rough experience for sonography of my wife. We visited suburban in western suburb and other pathology labs and they showed a great experience during the test. Start from reception staff, technician and doctor and we both could see our baby on screen. But these were rude and they did not allow anyone of us to see the baby. They just do their work in hurry with an intention to wind it up and have no responsibility of delivering an experience which suburban is known for. Perhaps thats why they charge less.Highly disappointed.

Management is weak. Everyone keeps waiting.Andheri centre is good compared to thane godhbunder.

Service by staff excellent. Test rates appear on very higher side e.g. fasting insulin test Rs.850 which should be in the range of Rs.350 to 500. I will not recommend to others because of higher charges.

Pathetic....there is no clear communication.....had to wait a really log time for the reports only to find out that we need to give the sample again.....that too when we approached them. After which they blamed each other then proceeded to blame us.....finally no one is held accountable. The reasons given for no reports were as that the sample was insufficient, there may be an abnormality (even more of a reason to let the patient know) I would suggest you go to any local centers.

Very Horrible Staff especially doing TMT..They make fun of patients health...This was my personal experience....Supporting staff pass vague comment ad Dr stands from their staff side..I will not recommend anyone to visit Manpada centre..Reception staff is too good but doctor and supporting staff is totally unprofessional..May Suburban Diagnostics team realise this ASAP and replace all staff to professional one..The guy who called after feedback not even responding back to calls...

The experience was too good. Staff is good and very cooperative. I was here for a complete health checkup and was out in 2hrs . Really fast service.

Not recommended for executive health check-up. Optometry : very poor( dont have basic instruments), Blood and urine tests : ok, Sonography and 2d echo : ok, TMT : poor. Even after reaching at 9 am at centre, they were saying their dentist left early today, please visit later. Staff was not aware about all tests included in a plan or whether it is a cashless plan or not. Reports were not available on mail.

Was there at 7:30 but took 30 min for registration as only 1 staff was around. Doctor not available on time. TMT starts only after 10am. took 20 min to serve breakfast.

Its wrost services very bad staff ,they don accept their mistakes , never ever recommend any one. I had took an appointment for annul health check up for my sister in 2017 that time they forgot to take the post blood sample. when my sister reached home i got call from them and asked to send my sister again to the center. now on31st Oct 2018 there was my parents heath check up.this time they forgot to do the ECG.

Most pathetic service, no one is aware whats happening.

I did a blood test on 18th Jan, my hand is still hurting me. either the needles are not proper or the sample taken by the pathologist was incorrect. please check the same at your end
