An amazing south indian restaurant located near Vile Parle East Station. With great varieties and authentic south Indian tastes. Staff service is very disappointing asked him what flavors available in Anando milk he just said there is one where else when turned into fridge there were many options available. Even on the menu the price for coffee is different from the price that is been billed and given. A good place to have food with friends and family. Prices are pocket friendly with great food options. The major thing I would say here is about the sugar they use is of great quality and is imported from foreign. Hygiene is well maintained.Ordered -Appam with Sambhar - a south indian dish similar to dosa but made totally differentIdli - typical south indian idli served with chutney and sambharButter Coin Idli - small idli topped with butter and gun powder gives great tasteToast Butter - toasted bread slices with loaded butter and crispToast sandwich - toasted bread slices loaded with veggies served with ketchupFiltered south indian coffee - a typical south indian coffee with perfect blend and tasteAnando Special Masala milk - a special cold milk drink with loaded dry fruits and spicesOverall all good experienceFood 4/5Staff 1/5Ambience 3/5

Thank god for their branch in Vile Parle I dont need to travel to Sion any more to eat the tasty treats on offer. The menu never disappoints, even if you randomly close your eyes and select something randomly out of it.The desserts are a must try and are very unique to the place.Freshly made and prepared almost instantaneously is what makes this place attractive to me. Well that and the fact that there is consistency in both quality and taste. If you relish south indian food and live in the suburbs, this is the place you wanna head to and satisfy your cravings.

The food is typical south Indian with wide variety of dosas, idli etc. Liked the biscuit dosa which had cheese filling. The bissi-bele baath was substandard. The place is quite popular so they dont encourage you to sit long...they want you to quickly order, eat and leave. The staff too is not too courteous.

Arya bhavan is a heavenly eatery for south Indian food lover n they do serve excellent delectable south indian food at very competitive prices.. This place is a min walk from vile parle Station, exactly where tosa used to be.. We were here on Saturday eve at around 9-30 pm n surprisingly this place was pack n we got place to sit after almost hour waiting.. But all the pain was worth as whatever we had out here was simply lip smacking n very authentic in taste.. They have small seating area in ac section having seating capacity of say around 40-45 people.. As we got placed we ordered for rasam vada n let me tell u this piping hot vadas soaked in spicy rasam was simply outstanding.. Vada melted the moment kept in mouth n rasam was perfectly spicy n very authentic n i even enjoyed it having it like soup.. We then ordered for thaat idli n it was absolutely amazing.. A huge steamed idli topped up with malgapodi , which we commonly know as gunpowder, was absolutely soft n had taste one will die for... We then had paniyaram n this steamed dumplings made up of idli/dosa batter were made very nicely.. It had Perfect melange of flavour n is healthy at same time.. We then decided to try assorted uttapam which had three variety of mini uttapam in it.. Veg uttapam n onion uttapam was very delicious n i found tomato uttapam to be ok... If u looking to order any particular one then do try veg uttapam.. Rawa biscuit out here was simply outstanding n trust me this one will leave u speechless.. Thin crispy rawa dosa are folded in half, just like tacos, n is filled up with loads of cheese, onion, capsicum n tomatoes.. Its filling is more like of pizza n this dish was very pleasing one for our taste buds.. We also tried their appam with coconut stew which is staple dish of kerala n has appam (hoppers) n stew made up of coconut milk n veggies... Appam was enjoyable with coconut stew which had very nice flavour to it but i felt had very less veggies in it.. All these dishes were served with coconut chutney n sambar n let me tell you coconut chutney was simply top class.. Except south Indian food they do also serve pizza, pav bhaji n sandwiches out here .. We tried their pav bhaji n masala pav n both these dishes were good, perfectly spiced n taste wise perfect... We finally thought of trying their bisibele rice n it was served piping hot topped with lots of ghee and accompanied by fried papads n a cool raita.. This aromatic, healthy n delicious dish which is made of rice, dal, veggies, spices & bisibelebath powder did not dissapoint us at all.. It had perfect texture n was full of flavours.. Needless to say no meal here is complete without coffee n pineapple sheera n we did try their pineapple sheera which i felt was one of the best u will get in town.. It was perfectly sweet, soft n very delicious making it irresistible for one.. We also tried their fresh lime water n it was very refreshing n perfect one to order on a hot day .. Service was good n server was very quick in taking order n serving it.. Surely this place is here to stay.. I absolutely recommend this place to all n one should enjoy honest n authentic food they offerMy recommendations - rasam vada, thaat idli, rawa biscuit, veg uttapam, paniyaram, bisibele rice, pineapple sheera, fresh lime water

Heard lot about Arya Bhavan from Matunga. This place is 5 minutes away from the Vile Parle east railway station. Had high expectations overall. Scope for service improvement.Parking on the road.

Arya bhavan opened new outlet in vile Parle. This is quite a big outlet compare to one in Matunga. The atmosphere is also beautiful. U can feel that u r in proper south indian restaurant. We ordered that idli, butter coin idli, Mysore masala dosa, assorted uttapam and not to forget pineapple sheera. All dishes were delicious.but Mysore masala dosa was at another level. The masala was too good. So if u love south indian food and live in suburbs then u must go Arya bhavan- vile parle, Now no need to go matunga
