03rd Oct21.Family luncheon with family friends on special occasion of our God child.Worst service ever of all the branches.We had to wait outside for the table though having prior booking.Had to literally shout at the staff for serving the starters which itself is shameful after expecting high standards.Not much of varieties and barbeque just had no heat to serve the purpose, so had to go with half cooked starters.Funny part, a waiter comes to see empty table and is asking whether to serve chicken or prawns or veg without turning back to do the needful.A fun time with family and kids spoild.Same old excuse, Sir Covid ke kaaran.....Never ever will opt for this particular outlet. Its a disgrace in the name of this great chain of restaurants.Wont suggest to give it a try.

Pros : 1st of all even after covid they didnt raised the prices and place was nice and cozy to enjoy with friends, family, office colleagues. Apetizers were mouth watering like the types of chicken seekh and other items given on tandoor(didnt had the time to ask name of the dish😂).Rest all snacks like pani puri was quite okay. Sweet dishes such as pastries were okay such as red velvet, chocolate pastry and few more. The main course was something which was not good i would say 4 out of 10 just eatable not something praiseworthy!

The service was extremely slow and our plates remained empty without being served. We kept asking for food staff was slow to serve. Each time we asked for something be it starters, or bread or cutlery the service time kept increasing. We gave up and served ourselves.Not expected from a renowned restaurant chain.
