This is the worst experience I am facing with Aegon.I have been waiting for my policy documents since a month now after paid the money.I have been told it would take a week or max 10 days to deliver the policy documents.I am chasing relashionship manager since long but he is not responding.Called customer care they said they will get back to me with a status but no reply yet.Do not go with Aegon its a waste of time and money.

I dont write such strong reviews. But this company has forced me to write one now. No doubt premium pricing is one amongst the best in the insurance industry. So with reduced pricing you get reduced SERVICE.Very Very Poor Customer Service. Takes more than 25 days to issue a Term Policy. Pathetic response. When Cancelled a Policy deducted 50% of the amount in the name of Stamp Duty and Medical Test Charges. Which company charges 1800 rupees as stamp duty and 2000 rupees for medical test i.e (CBC count and Cortini Tests). On top of that they dont provide you with breakup of the amount deducted.The kind of customer service can seen here as well, the company / its representative only responds to those who have given them 5 Stars as if rest of the people who have posted reviews have no value for the company as they are not getting any value add out of those reviews, hence no reply.I am ok to Pay little bit higher premium to those top companies but at least I am rest assured to get some good response from them.Will never ever Opt for this company even if it becomes the only company to sell insurance in India. Very Much Disappointed.

My Qurey reference number is AL-3565155-J6K4N6This is really a very unprofessional behavior from aegon life insurance.1) First i have still not received the cheque of 677 rupees, mentioned in query2) Inspite of paying premium for Jan & Feb Month through cheque you supposed to hit ECS By March 2018 (duffer you accountant is idiot) you hit ECS in Feb month.Kindly reverse 677 + 633 total 1310.I want personally to visit your office, to teach the accountancy to your department.Please send the office address

Guys.. I personally would not recommend this company to any one. I have opted for Future Protect plan. Their Sales Force has promised something on paper, and have not delivered as promised. They have cheated and deceived. I personally would not advice any body to subscribe to this plan.

Bought Term plan from Aegonlife, the way i got the service from Aegonlife staff is good they explain the plan very well and made me understand the difference between Aegon, HDFC, ICICI and Maxlife which are the most leading insurance compay in today life. I am feeling lucky to have Aegonlife insurance.

Third class company in india for .there is no policy for contract employees.Very very bad management company in insurance industry and life advisors cheat to customers.

Customer service provided by aegon is also very very good and a dedicated person is assigned to you when you purchase the policy which is very convenient.
