Good and fast service but pricing not competitive compared for local courier within city limits

Nice Experience. Those guys are with nice hospitality and quick service. My multiple visits have all gone smoothly and merrily.Its location is convenient too. Left turn from one signal before the Hatkesh Chauraha (Opposite the SBI and Union Bank on right side lane) and you get to it conveniently.

Cheated..... Frauds.... I paid with debit card for my online max store order... A delivery boy asked me to swipe my card twice for payment... And told me first transection is failed and you will get refund in 2_3 days.. But almost 2 months over no refund.. I went personally at mira bhayandar blue dart office . Explained them abt issue shown all transection screenshort ... Mr. Jetendra assured me that i will get my refund but now his mobile also swtched off.... Dont know why they r doing such frauds

Pathetic service-1. They will never pick up the land line number mentioned.2. The person visiting your premise completely lacks basic etiquette on how to talk to customer.2. They will come to your address just once, in case you are not available on all the subsequent times, they will mark the status as consignee not available.3. While delivering the product they will never give you a call, so that you can make yourself free and be available in premises.4. Even if you go to their office, they will not give you the shipment as it was meant to be delivered on the address stated.

Well this is one of the fastest delivery service available in Mira road. Though the customer service can be improved more. Overall, it will deliver your parcel in required time you want.

Service for ecom is good but FedEx is cheaper. For non business shipments there is no customer support. If you call the ivr press 2 to schedule a pickup as thats the only way you can connect with the support team.

Worst service same company courier 1 by vichare and 1 bluedart just 2 days difference with same address vichare can deliver but they cant find the address bcoz on Saturday or Sunday they just skip like postal service. Its office just 3 minutes away from my address but I cant get at office they have handle it my address what pathetic service

Blue Dart is highly professional costly Courier service. But you can ensure safety of your documents and material. But highly priced service. Dont pack your items before going to BLUEDART as they will open, check and repack it.

They never receive Calls on Landline. Its so unprofessional way. Their delivery boys are also unprofessional. Service was so late. Dont go to Bluedart. Use DTDC OR FEDEX instead.Price wise also very expensive than other competitors. I was just frustrated by calling them and they never answered.

There is no option to give -1 i would have given that, first of all no one in office will pickup the phone even if u call 30times, by chamce if they pickup the call they will say they will call in 5 min n that 5 min will necer come,They will give wrong information n commitment to the cx where cx will wait for hrs n hrs n still nothing,I hope other blue dart services are not this bad,I will forward the complain to the company to stop sending courier using bluedart. Just because if the service provided by the Blue dart office Mira road.Atleast they should attend the call.No one has free time to waste for ur wrong commitenets.

The worst svc ever..U are never able to contact on customer care number .. It states network congested all the time.. Even once in a while if it gets connected . U r not able to reaxh executive .. If the door is closed, delivery person cld call n check or before delivery at least contact customer n confirm the time.. °°u think we are free to be at home the whole day waiting for u guys as u do not deliver as per the time committed °°POOR SERVICE.. M WAITING HOW TO GET MY DOCS NOW...

My parcel wasnt delivered but I got a message it was delivered got a call after calling one of their number asking me to make a online payment when refused they asked me to disconnect the call , they were going to send me a link to make an payment. First time came across something like this for delivery, looks like a scam.
