Owner Darshil, is a awesome person. Knows very well what the customers need. For any problem related to spec I can call him any time, (but obvious during working hours). It has been never that I did not get any solution, that too always within my budget. Very genuine product, genuine price with good amount of options to choose from.

I dont usually post reviews, but I looked up tbis place again to specially review it today. Got specs made 2 yrs back with the most high end glass they had, blue ray filter and everything.. frame is comfortable and I havent faced any issues witht the frame, but the glass has developed so many scratches!!!! None of my previous specs from other places over the years have gotten scratched, given that now a days glasses are scratch free technology. Also, when in sunlight, greenish tinge is coming from one side of glass as if I am using a prism. Horrible experience. Branded places are much better.

Had gone to get our domestic helps eyes tested and an issue came up during the test. The staff promptly notified me and asked me to get her eyes checked further by an ophthalmologist. They refused to accept any fees for the test as it didnt lead to placing an order for specs. Was really impressed by this gesture and clearly demonstrates their sound ethics and professionalism.
