Dont trust to ekta world as I had deposited 51000 token money for buying a flat in ekta world . But the hdfc bank where I applied​ for the home loan were not willing to give me loan on this flat . They said that they will provide loan only if the flat is ready and they also said that ekta group building in virar is under construction from 2 years and when it will be completed god knows. So hdfc cancelled my home loan and now ekta group is not refunding my token money also its been one year I have deposited the token money. So, think once before buying a flat here.
