This bus service very very bad all passengers are to say dont by this bus ticket and driver also no good my ticket Mumbai to Aurangabad was on the way bus is break down that time i call no body pick the phone 8 hours I am standing on the way kachara service

The bus is not hygienic... Theres a foul smell n the curtains are not cleaned at all.

My booking is of AC sleeper but actually this bus is non AC....No curtains on window side....No sheets/blanket provided....Bus is not hygienic... Lots of mosquitos are there...Very bad service..

Horrible !! They really need to improve their services.Buses are not of good quality and even they take over 10 hours to reach Shirdi from Bhayander east. Unless they commit for better service not a good travel.

This is my worst ever travel experience....They Run by name SAI TANMAY TRAVELS...1) Not on Time....2) Unplanned stops....3) Egoistic Staff....4) Fake timings on booking page...I am writing this review while on the bus....Travelling from Borivli to Ratnagiri....I wont ever reccomend this travels to anyone....I wish I could give NEGATIVE ratings to this travel company....👎👎👎👎

Pathetic experience delayed for 3hrs to reach no charging connection. Driver is to slow will not recommend anyone to travel from sai travels

Pathetic poor quality bus. Delayed service by 1.5 hours. Pan-tobacco spitting not cleaned at windows. Dont use this service in future.
