The rates of the products offered is much higher as per the quality.One can shop here for Vegetables, Fruits, Meat, Fish and frozen veg and nonveg meats. Not for the common man. That said, theres a lot of variety and most of the items you will not find in the traditional grocery store. The price is obviously a bit high, but you can be assured of good quality products. They have a huge range of organic products. I would definitely recommend this place

Nice place. Good organic food but space is tight. Keep having to move to give way in the very limited aisle space. Due to space the choices are limited but in general options we like are there so works for us. Also you need to carry instead of trolley again due to lack of space.

They store us customer friendly, they have all sorts of exotic products. They have products ranging from pita and hummus to brownie for dessert. You can also buy fresh seafood and deep freezed packets. They also have Fine Wine.

Ideal for avocados, granola and cheese. They do keep a good variety of international products that are hard to find elsewhere.

Generally expensive. The payment system is obsolete. They have a point system. I had to visit 6-7 different times to redeem my points, the system doesnt function. Finally after arguing it had to be done manually by a higher authority.

Hello I visited your Powai store today at 11.30 am after 15 minutes of line got into, told Guard my15 year old daughter will join in a moment as she was sitting in car. she came in two minutes guard denied entry he said we have to maintain a fixed number of people inside which I readily agreed however after 5 minutes as two person exited the store ,I requested guard to give entry to her mean while I was inside he rudely denied and asked her to wait in Q again .I escalated the matter to Mr. Tushar store manager his attitude and behaviour was same. I am really pained to notice this kind of treatment to customers and fail to understand why a top brand like Godrej has this behaviour whose understanding and behaviour in B to C segment is a landmark.Trust you will give orientation again to your staff that how to handle customers.

After lockdown as Natures basket helped me alot for the all groceries and online delivery to enjoy my exotic foods

The store manager is not appreciative of the situation! I placed order online after requesting 3 call backs. Even then I had to call and get the order delivered.Then, when I sent someone to collect the delivery, the guard didnt even allow the guy to speak to the store manager.Unbelievable level of pathetic service. No professionalism, no appreciation of the situation and horrible customer experience overall.

Imagine a 450 gm ragi flour bread loaf costs a whopping 105 INR.I highly recommend Natures Basket for purchasing exotic goods. A must visit, especially this outlet ❤️

Expensive but you find organic food over here, the store is located on one of the sides streets in Powai parking space is there but you should be lucky to get it you get variety of Exotic foods and coffees spices nuts daily vegetables and fruits you also get new imported fruits. The staff is very pleasant and helpful you also get variety of granola bars as well as some plants are also available inside the Godrej shop if you want rear entities like parchment paper and used Godrej nature basket is the place to be if you want exotic fruits vegetables and flowers this is a good place to be. Do I feel the organic vegetables and fruits are very limited in quantity the price difference between the normal and the organic food is not much but the fruits are generally overpriced and are enough enough not that great quality they can improve on their presentation as well as prices they must make pricing alone competitive so that ordinary people can come you also find an array of fine wine and liquor available within the store the data offers now and then on those products which are becoming are coming near to the expiry date

Natures Basket is one place where one can get each and every fancy ingredient one needs. Its the only place I was able to get numerous fruits which arent available in the local market.One can also get products from foreign companies which arent sold in India. Chocolates from various brands are readily available at this place.The staff is really good and is always helpful towards the customers.

This is a good place for gourmet shopping . Here you can find all the exclusive stuff from chocolates to varied sauces and noodles. Various juice and dairy options too available. Almost all exotic fruits and veg can be found here though at a very steep price.

Thrice I ordered Parsi Dairy Cow Ghee online and below is what happened.1. Order 1 - I was called and told that though online the product is shown available for my pincode, the product is actually sold out and i was offered Gowardhan Ghee. I refused and asked the person to process refund, if the exact product cannot be delivered.2. Order 2 - A delivery boy (Ali Shaikh) came to my complex with wrong product (Organic India Ghee) and tried to persuade me to take that product. I told him that again wrong product is offered and i had ordered some other product. Again i asked to initiate refund3. Order 3 - It gets even interesting here. Ali Shaikh calls me and says that again the same product is not available and can he give me Parsi Dairy Buffalo Ghee (500 ml) and refund of Rs 520 for remaining 500 ml. I refused and said that I had asked for Parsi Daity Cow Ghee. Now I get a message that a. My product is delivere, which is notb. Refund of remaining half of the product is processed.This is astonishing that Natures Basket has been displaying products without availability and then claiming that has sent products and processed refunds without even doing it.This is sheer lack of management and you guys should shut shop if you are unable to manage such simple orders.

This place is for upper middle class. You will get the feeling of foreign departmental store. They have a corner where they serve hot kebabs with very limited options. People looking for costly organic food may like this place. They have a dedicated section for wine collection too. You can check that too.I personally like their cheese and ham collection.They good collection non-veg ready to eat food items.

Although this is a smaller store as compared to the rest of Natures Basket outlets in the city, it is well stocked. Staff is great and very helpful.

For all the hype my corporate diwali gifts from natures basket had clients sending me pics of insects in the bottled premium seeds i had added to the cart. The guys never picked the call after the incident total con job. Be careful if you are planning a gift basket for any of your loved ones. Overall it boasts of internatinal brands and veggies.
