I think along with the new constructed building, they should have constructed new attitude in the peoples working inside. So that normal citizens will feel easy and relax while going there for any kind of work. People should be supportive inside.

I was calling to BMC Office Ward R but nobody were picking up call, I was calling to raise a complaint for Borivali skywalk cleanliness and recently one died body of dog on skywalk front of BMC office Ward R but not any bmc worker taken that body into BMC Dumping Truck to clean skywalk. So I say that they are not doing proper work to clean skywalks.

Office of R-central ward of brihnmumbai mahanagarpalika. It is situated near Borivali station on chandavarkar lane. Office is nicely built and a state of art infrastructure. Offices for water department, commercial department, marriage registration department etc . CFC is good utility centre to pay the various bills.

Such an old school place. Its under the Borivali East West bridge and is in a miserable condition like all other government offices. Shabby interiors. Typical government officers attitude. Had been here with a friend who had to make his marriage certificate. Attaching the list of documents necessary for the same.

My husband was diagnosed with covid on13th April and they have not sanitised my house till now. The lady on the phone told me it will done ASAP considering I have a 18 month old baby. This is their defination of ASAP. Later she started avoiding my calls as well

Pathetic service. My mom tried to arrange for an ambulance for my grandmother. It firstly took 3 hours for them to transfer my mom to Borivali ward. Once transferred, they said the ambulance will come in 10 mins. We waited waited.... After 2 hours my mom calls again, then the lady said that your area that is IC colony falls under Dahisar. Please call that ward. We said our address is Borivali West- 400103 it falls under Borivali. Then she asked to send the aadhar card. My mom sent the Aadhar card. Post which she gave a doctors number when we contacted him he said youre located in Dahisar again please call Dahisar. This is pathetic very unreliable service. My grand mother was serious and instead of attending the patient these people are more worried about the ward. A huge slap on humanitys face.

People at BMC are running out of time.Have to Wait for Birth Certificate for 1hr.This Process should be done Online..And Will be Convenient for All in Now A Days

Very rude behavior... Well I will say something about the adhar card Counter very nice fellow with eager to help people...

I feel it is one of the worst managed ward. The recent directive of sealing entire building in case of even a single patient is autocratic. In building many people dont even meet their neighbours for months in regular time also. This directive is detrimental to Mission Begin Again.

Third class......collecting money from the corporate offices for not wearing mask in office. And the same situation were railway ticket counter officer doesnt wear the mask. same they are not collecting money from police station who are not wearing the mask

You can change the infrastructure and make the offices look swanky, but you cant change the attitude of the government employees. Like any other department, the employees here are quite rude and unfriendly. Went there to enquire about the birth certificate. The lady who sits on the front desk is quite rude. She behaves like she is doing some great favor by just responding to us. To get her attention, you have to call her at least three times. And she doesnt even speak Marathi. Doesnt she know that this is Maharashtra and you have to know the local language?

For marriage registration, window opens at 11am to 1pm. Stamping of registration certificate happens from 3pm to 5pm. Before approaching BMC Office, register online, fill all details and be present with witness for marriage registration.

I had submitted birth registration form with document on 08th July 2019. They told me to come next week and collect the BIRTH CERTIFICATE. So I visited today 18th July 2019. Today they reply me that our Sir is on leave and you come at next month.If one officer is absent for more than a week. Then his work can be done by other officer. Please upgrade your system with SMS Alert. So we can get update of our work and we can come at particular time of work done.Thanks & RegardsDablu Chauhan

Foothpath is damaged which is few meters away from this office but they are not fixing it proactively. When i complain them they are tossed stating contact R central ward. You can find i uploaded photo of footh path damaged and cables are illegally inserted in drainage below .this issue is persisted for past one year.

Full of faltu Giri us 3 mahine me rojaana 1000 letar Pani West huwa hoga jo aaj pani kaap rakhaa hai hai na rakhna padta. BMC humesha jub pani hota he to us ko undekha kartihe aur jub aaj pure maharashtra me pani nahi milraha tuhhi ki aakhe nahi khulti. In the government offices me go to the bathroom to get the cooker to Pani Ka Katna Westeg that is the same as the MSDCL Bandra East government officer he was going to wash me. West hota he ub 6 male ki bilding me kum se kum 300 se 400 nal lage huage aur aag aur se jagat wahin ke hoti hai jo hoga ......... Lekin BMC is going to get to know where he will go. he ......
