Vast bank I can say, they are only interested in giving fake promise, will charge unnecessary huge bank charges without reason. When you go for account closure after feedup of their services, they will not close account rather than will keep on giving false commitment for account closure but will make you incurred more bank charges instead.Staff is highly unprofessional in their behaviour, need training on professional ethics. Please dont ever prefer this bank.
I have been banking with them for more than 15 years.Initially it was great experience but last few years the service is really degraded. I am a Priority banking customer so imagine what kind of service other customers would be receiving.Thank you!
I went for a Kyc.... 2 of these employees told me I had to give otp... my phone didnt pick up range and its an old sim that doesnt fit in new phonesBut apparently the otp wasnt needed and I had to make a long trip back to the bankThis time they just wanted to see the documentsWaste of timeAnd I Asked!!!! 3 times if the otp was necessary they said yes each timesIf they dont know about thier own procedures why try and waste my time

Literally the worst bank Ive ever had to deal with, they never stand up to what they say, specifically this branch, everything is delayed, just a simple 5 minute job is extended to 1 week, no responsibility at all, would not recommend this bank to anyone.

Worst means totally worst service (Axis Bank Borivali east near National Park). It has been 1 month opened the current account but still, we have not received any debit card or internet banking credentials. When we withdraw money via cheque then the lady takes 1-2 hours to verify cheque. Switching to another bank.
This site is fraud. Beware people. They ask for your card details and otp and cheat you.
