Very poor service, not able to reach customer care person on phone or email.At the time of loan application sales team assured for part-payment and foreclosing of loan but when I try to do part payment I got replied with no part payment allowed for your loan.

Very lousy service. They charge you insurance amount and do not issue policy and keep charging interest on the same. If asked they will not issue the policy which is against IRDA rules

Worse experience ever with any financial institutions. Their is no way to connect with them on call and if dropped mail they hardly take efforts to reply. I had dropped mail on 23rd nov2020 for foreclosure request but havent received any response yet.

Very very bad financial institutions. Staff is lier and very rude.. I had close my existing loan and paid the extra EMI but whil returning that money these people deducted charges and only 60% amount is clear.I dont recommend anyone to get loan from here.
Worst finance company ever dealt with no proper work delegation no inter department communication. i would really suggest people if you want peace in life after taking loan please dont take from them, their back end team is even worst they keep on deducting NACH charges from your account every month and after asking they dont have proper answer on this they just say please mail to [email protected]. I am dealing with their employee name Mr. Ganesh Koli & Mr. Sarfaraz they dont even check their email i had requested them for Moratorium for 3 months they have not even considered that in this kind of situation they should give their best service but they dont even care for their customer.Very disappointed.
Worst nbfc ever to say the least!!IT TOOK 10 days with so much documents and for a PL they are asking for spouse income proof. Would you believe thatTHEIR SM OF PUNE UTSAV GANDHI IS SO ARROGANT AND HAS NO DECENCY TO EVEN GIVE UPDATE ON the status of loanAnd first i was told clearly 10.99 roi with 6 yrs term and later they say 15-16% with 5 yr term!!!PLEASE READ MY REVIEW AND HOPE NO ONE ELSE HAS SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS USELESS NBFC
