Very unprofessional staff. No sence at all. Manager scolds employees in front of customers. Do not work professionally. Pathetic environment.PNB housing is very unprofessional bank. Very bad customer service. In the pandamic they are charging more than 9.50% interest rate where other banks are providing less than 7%. I had very bad experience with this bank.As per rules and regulations they should desburse amount as per percentage of work completion but more amount desbursed than work completion. Totally in favour of builders, bank employees calls to desburse amount though work is not completed.Very unprofessional and bad services.Do not go with this bank, I had very bad and worst experience.

Worst customer service. The employees have zero product knowledge. I had applied for PMAY but no one informed that it is rejected because 60% work was not done. Applied again then again I have to follow up.
