Worst service. You have to ask again and again everyday for 2 to these staff for a single inquiry that takes just 5 minutes. I have asked Nikita Nar(Gandhi) to check if my cousins account have been converted into family banking its been 3 days and she doesnt reply me yet for my inquiry and not receiving calls not replying to my messages.

Very Bad

Very inefficient staff. Where an account gets open in 2 days. These people are taking more than 15 days. The staff do not have courtesy to call back if you leave with some query. Inefficiency quotient is at highest.Dont even think to open an account here.
