I had done the payment through payu mode for an order and my money was debited from my bank and the order isnt ordered its canceled and its been 15 days I havent received the refund yet ... worst experience and also I have raised a dispute against them

Why Pay U is dealing with Fraud Merchant Companies are you guys unknown or doing intentionally . I tried Calling MOBSPOTBOX as order did not reach in 5 days, they are saying order got cancelled and said amount will be refunded . later they said we can only refund order through Google Pay or Bhim but not through Pay U transaction id 168514 dated 30.07.20 of Rs. 2499

The biggest worst part is that the address provided on the website is not the correct address. It is in the residential building. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend. The customer helpline has been down for the last month leaving us stranded. Emailed them multiple times as well they say we will look into it but they havent.

We have paid our property tax using Citrus pay on 7th Feb 2015.We got an email from Citrus pay saying that payment is successful, but unfortunatelythe payment is not reflecting in our property tax account.I dont know where the money has gone, it went from my credit card.We wrote to Citrus pays Support, all we get is a ticket number, and they said its resolved.but nothing was done.Padma Kona
