Less space and under staff. Staff is polite and cooperative. Infra is like a under developed bank. Very congested.

New account was opened by me guided me properly. Good Service by the bank. Staff is active and they took forward my issue and solved of Mobile Banking. Fully occupied staff and quick response. One Tip banking machine available.
ICICI bank overall service is good but its been one year since my imobile is not working . I have put a complaint about it 10-15 times but the technical team is not able to solve it. Every staff member tried to solve the problem but its still unsolved
Bad service. I was told that salary account will get activated within 7 days. It has been almost 15 days and my account is still not Transfer . Tried calling their customer care but Im unable to reach to them. Better to switch my account with other banks
ICICI IS AWESOME BANK. BUT THIS BRANCH IS AWFUL.. THE MANGER ALWAYS TRIES TO AVOID CISTOMERS.. CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION FOR THIS BANK IS SO BAD.. DO BOT OPEN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BRANCH.. REALLY BAD EXP.. I DONT REMMEMBER HER NAME OF THE MANAGER BUT I WILL GET THE NAME AND PUT IN ANOTHER NEG REVIEW..

The most disappointing experience ever! I am an ICICI loyalist and I was annoyed by the speed with which they process requests. I strongly desire to move my salary account to one of the better private banks.

If you have any offers or schemes, please let us know in Marathi. Hindi should not be imposed. All employees should be required to speak Marathi. Dont react like a robot to this review. Implement it. If you want to expand your business in Maharashtra, it will be mandatory to provide services in Marathi.
