Careless people with no value for others time and efforts. High cost and fleecing customers. I had complete opposite experience with Nationalise Banks. HDFC CREDILA took 6 weeks to come back on loan proposal. Dont ever waste your time and money on them. They will take you for a ride without any fruitful outcome. Not at all recommended.

I had a great experience with HDFC Credila. I had applied for HDFC Credila educational loan to pay my tuition & living expenses for a Masters course at Dublin City University, Ireland. I applied on 18th May & had my loan disbursed in a month as promised. The Relationship Manager, Mr.ShravanKumar Sharma was professional in his work & communication. Due to Covid getting documents to their office was difficult hence they also arranged for someone from their team to pick up the documents from my place. Mr.Sharavan was clear in his communication & the charges & how the rate of interest that would be levied & gave good suggestions in terms which type of loan to go for. They also provide with Forex card & cash services at reasonable conversion rates. All in all I would recommend HDFC Credila to anyone looking for a quick & efficient disbursement of loan.

The service of HDFC Credila (Mumbai) is very pathetic and disgraceful. Let me tell you my personal experience. Initially, theyll say everything is fine, and the loan will get sanctioned easily. After that, theyll start delaying your process with some nonsense excuses. Most of the time, they dont even bother to reply. Lastly, theyll suddenly be going to tell one of the most bizarre things. Which is the team has verified your application and found out that your overall expense is XYZ (thrice higher than actual amount). So if you wish to continue, youve to submit the collateral. Overall, theyll just be going to waste your precious time.

Absolutely unprofessional!! If you have an option of any other loan provider, dont go for these guys.. they have a weird process of not reading the document submitted and asking for everything under the sun sans your kidney. The worst and number one unprofessional nbfc in the market. Beware friends, if you have an admit from a foreign university please go somewhere else, its my humble request to all.They were processing my application for the last two months I was completely depending on them for my studies. And then suddenly after 2 months received an email regarding the rejection of my loan.Such shity people I have not seen in my entire life, they dont understand our situation. We are being left paralysed in the end.I would have used a very offensive language and that too would be not sufficient for them and the organisation.

I had a really bad experience with Credila lately. My loan counsellor Mr. Amar & Abhilash reviewed all my documentation for almost around 50 days from the date I provided my docs to HDFC credila & they declined my loan. The communication from HDFC credila folks came so late that Lastly I had to make my own efforts in finding a suitable bank to provide me education loan. Thankfully my loan got approved within 7 working days from UNION BANK OF INDIA with the help of Mr. Virendra Singh in Matunga west branch. I would never recommend anyone in future to approach HDFC Credila for their Education loan.

I wont suggest anyone from taking loan from HDFC Credila. Initially before you take loan they will chase after you, call you like a million times and once your loan is disbursed you are on your own.The worst parts are.1. They say your amount in %per annual but they calculate on a daily basis not even monthly just imagine how much you would accumulated by the end if 2 years.2. When you start repaying and even if you do imps they will say it takes 8-9 days for their records to get updated again extra money of yours us going.3. Before taking loan you can communicate with them via sms,email,call or in any other possible way after loan its only email. You send an email and wait like 2 weeks to get a response.4. The behavior of the staff is super rude and in no way I am allowing any of my known ones to take a loan from these guys. Be safe

I would have given minus rating if it was there. Like other NBFC they dont come back in 2-3 days and tell your status. They have wasted my 18-20 days even though from the start i was telling them i want loan without property mortgage.I submitted my documents on 30th September and on 20th oct 2020 they came back saying we need property mortgage.Now i was completely dependent on them for fee payment and my last date of fee payment is Nov 8th .Please dont opt for this NBFC its worst and pathetic process and not trustful.Very unprofessional they rejected my application even after having 10 years of account in HDFC and no default and good credit score.So will request all dont waste your time over here....

My experience with HDFC was horrible. They do not inform you even if your application is stuck instead you have to go there personally and ask for a clarification. I dont understand why would anyone verify the co-borrowers credentials during disbursement. This process has to be done when the application is submitted.Also, these guys are rude as if they are lending us from their pocket. I dont recommend taking a loan from these guys whether it be a collateral or non-collateral loan. Highly unprofessional.One last thing, the receptionist are also full of attitude. They lie to you on your face.

I had to purposely give this star to comment, if had to give a star would have given a zero to this scheme. I had approached for the student loan on this branch and was fooled by the branch salesperson named Narayan. The scheme is a fraud and I feel pity that this bank even exist.

My son faced a lot of issue with his loan from Credila. I wont recommend going through them as it is a waste of time. They are for and often do not communicate properly. Fake commitments, rude behaviour and zero transparency are their features.Go for government banks as they provide better ROI and payment tenure.

While the speed of loan sanction and way of disbursal of HDFC Credila is really appreciated, it is unfortunate that the same kind of speed and zeal is not being shown / implemented by thier office at the time of repayment made by the borrowers.The routine answers like not posted in the system , will get 3-4 days to know about repayment, will be able to know only when ECS is realised - which will take 3-4 days - even when the loan amount is fully repaid , shall get the no dues certificate only at the time of returning of original documents which shall take atleast 21 days are not expected from a reputed organization like HDFC Credila.It is not understood why it takes so much of time to issue a No dues certificate.In the present context, I have fully repaid the outstanding loan amount by 07.10.2019 and when I approach their office even on 12.10.2019 , for the No dues Certificate, I get the above mentioned replies.A bit unprofessional in this regard.

Very very poor service. They wd collect your papers. Even if you are ready to give home security, they will ditch you at the last moment making excuses. If I give HDFC bank the 5 starts, I wd give HDFC Credilla minus 5 starts. I had very bad experience with them. So dont spoil yours or yours son/daughter career. Go to some education loan provider.

I took higher education loan for my son for masters study in USA from HDFC Credila. The whole process of application, document collection and verification was very smooth and timely. Vaibhav Shelar and his team at HDFC Credila are prompt in providing any clarifications on any issues such as interest rates, FOREX card, tax certificate etc. We had to go only once to their office in Parel and the loan was sanctioned and released promptly.

This is in regards to my interaction for my Loan procedure with HDFC bank. I interacted wit Mr. Achyutsingh Naik and was really impressed by hi professional and courteous behavior. Taking a student loan is quite a task, as most of the students dont know about the procedures and documents involved, and our parents are also worried about various factors associated with the loan. However, Mr. Naik allayed the fears very effectively, and always answered all my and my parents questions with immediate and effective action. He really takes care of all doubts and is always mindful about the problems that can arise due to some discrepancies. He made my loan process that of relative ease. I thank him for helping me in embarking on the journey towards my further studies and wish him the best and am quite assured that he will have a successful future.

Worst customer service. They will come home and tell you all stories and make you feel that getting a loan with them is so easy and then once you submit your documents they wont even bother to call you till your loan is rejected because you are not rich. They will give you the same reason i.e. You dont meet the CIBIL score criteria. And then they wont even return your documents till you beg them for it. And yes even if you want to beg you first have to contact them because they dont answer your calls once your file is closed. So dont risk your education with such services.

Delayed Service & Hideous Schemes.... Worst xperience ever....I had just inquired for their Education Loan schemes but they were the one with their usual gimmicks who approached us. They fixed an appointment with me 1 in advance and a representative came down at my to collect the documents and assured that everything was in line with the requirement. But for the next few days no follow up of mine was attended to. It was after a couple of weeks that i was informed that the application was rejected. Stating the reason that the institution is not on the approved list. Whereas, truth lies that the education institution is on the approved list of the nationalized banks like OBC, Allahabad Bank, SBI, etc. Having said that, they knew well in advance the Institutions Name and had a month long to check that whether it appeared on their list.Due to their ridiculous & rubbish service my fee payment was delayed & it cost me a huge sum of fine to be paid.So, lesson to be learnt.NEVER TRUST THIS GREEDY NBFCs WHICH ARE ON LOOKOUT OF MONEY-RICH STUDENTS & FAMILY TO PAY THEIR HUGE INTERESTSEdit: I later on applied to Indian Overseas Bank & the loan was disbursed within 16 days of application. Had these Credilla people been honest & diligent to me, I would have saved from paying the huge fine.HDFC Credilla - Liars, Hideous, Irresponsible, Greedy Money Eaters...
