Please Dont Buy Credit Card from ICICI as a customer this is my experience This is the worst Bank I have ever seen. I took credit card form this bank. I used credit card for almost a year I always use to use full amount and repay the amount in next month. but due to covid lockdown I lost my job. so for one month I didnt pay the credit card amount I got call from icici saying We dont want to hear your excuses give us our money . To evaluate the situation Ill tell you what they Actually said ..icici Executive some lady :- Sir humko aapse kuch lena dena nahi hai, aap hamara payment kardo kisise bhi le kar dedo wo aap dekh lo kaise manage karna hai aaj payment ho jana chahiyeI said maam next month me aapka jo bhi hoga amount with penalty mai pay kar dunga. so first day this was the conversation. Next day I went early in the morning to look for another job same moring ICIC executive came to my home I wasnt there so he was asking my mother for payment my mother didnt know anything about the situation so the guy who came he said Ye lo hamari office ki madam se baat karo..lady on the phone to my mother :- are madam apko paise dene hai ki nahi hai aukat nahi hai to credit card use kyu karte ho..yehi sikhaya hai kya aapke bete ko aapne chori ke paise khata hai My mother started crying as she didntknew any of the situation...I went home then my told me this scene i called the same guy and said give the number of that lady so he trasfered the call to some other senior guy.. he said ha to pay karo na pay nahi karna hota to lete kyu ho and stuff I lost my temper there and this what i said...Me: Are sir next month de dunga bola na with penalty apko kya issue hai bc chor thodi hu mai 1 saal se aapka card use kar raha hu.... this was my statment.....and the guy goes like are chutiye teri maa chod dunga waha aaya to mai ba bla thinsg like I cant even type here... This was my experience with ICICI Credit card department please If you dont want to argue with Some low class living in Jhopadpatti people Just DONT BUY ICICI CREDIT CARD.

UPDATED 11-29-19. I updated my experience from a 1 star to 4 after recently visiting this branch about a week ago. The Branch manager Mr. Singh and Mrs. Aruna were very helpful and resolved my issues. Seemed orderly and quick for services. I commend in the improvements and will look to update this review when I visit the branch in the future. Keep up the great work!INITIAL REVIEW from past visit. - I will be visiting this branch next month from USA and see if they have improved or have gotten worse in terms of service. I went 2 years ago and the service was HORRIBLE. I hope the branch has improved and will write another review once I visit and see how the service is. I will post names of individuals from the bank within this review. Lets see if they have improved????

Nice bank i like the way they attend the customers very fast and very polite and specially the cashier her name is Vrushali Chavan and she is absolutely a good cashier she manages thing well and i am impressed by the service thanks for the service good service guys .

Worst branch. Staff open account jut to fill their target without Customer permission and do not respond to any queries or enquiries afterwards. Poorest service. Specially staff named Roshan Gupta, worst service and fraudulent agent.

Ek no service akib khan has attend me and resolve my issue on time thanks to them and branch service is good now thanks

I was attended by Mr.Akib Khan who was the Customer Service Officer when i went to the bank today. He was very polite and my requested was taken care in few minutes.

No response to papers submitted. Just says regional approval pending. When regional is not involved. Just give white lie in reply

Service deteriorating day by day...first they stopped accepting money at the teller..have put 33000 in cash deposit machine and now it’s not reflecting in the account...the explaination they come up with since 3 days is come tomorrow....government banks are better than this..no wonders such big scams take place in such banks as the staff is rude,and completely unmannered ..need customer service training...what should I do for my money ????

They charged penalties for not paying personal loan on time ,where as I payed before due date though net banking, was later informed emi is auto debit (which was not informed to me while applying ) u guys r not trust worthy , customer service just informs their policy , refund for penalty charged was denied , u guys r beggars who r hungry to levy charges without proper understanding.

Third class branch means very very third class always there system is down, then they saying go to J. B. Nagar but if i want to go j. B. Nagar branch then why open account in Sakinaka branchNo withdrawl till lunch timeVery bad service

Pathetic bank service over here . I work nearby this branch. whenever I want to deposit cash they only have deposit machine option which is very slow and long queue. And exactly at that time they deposit cash at atm machine so they hold us for half an hour.After going directly to bank not a single staff is supportive.They take lot of time just to give deposit slip. Not a single person is helpfulAgain we have long queue for token and to deposit cash.

The standard of ICICI IS consistently falling. Well maintained. But staff is not upto mark

Please if u r in a rush dont visit this branch most of the employees are busy on their mobiles, they are so lazy in work that just for withdrawal it will take around half an hour and after all that environment is such like employees are shouting on each other or sometimes to the customers also and they r in such an attitude that the whole world banks works r done by themselves.If u r luking for gud and fast services please dont visit here and still if u find this review will not help u all so just visit and find the things the same as i have mentioned

Bad experience for neft every time deposit to cheque and neft formNeft transfered after 4to5hrs this service is very important but very poor

Hope less case suffering from 3 months just to link my mobile number to my account, and on the same number they will keep on calling for their various scheme, but they are not able to link my number with account i am unable to use my money by mobile and internet banking, i will just close my account coz other banks respond quickly and treat their customers very well

The worst branch of icici bank.The staff members, i dont know why they have so much of arrogance of their position.Every one in this branch is like IDAF.

Unsupportive,rude,highhanded behaviour of staff..need training in customer management.

Pathetic Customer Service. No Cash Deposit at Counter Available. Had to wait an hour in que to deposit cash in machine. Machine doesnt even accept the Notes which were perfectly OK. When went to Branch to Change the CASHIER refused saying its LUNCH TIME NOW.
