In a corner of Mulund East which is great because it makes finding parking spots easy.The representatives have been a pleasure to work with since Day 1.While I wasnt in the city they helped my parents with all the procedures and now that I am back in city they have continued to extend the help.Vishal and Saurabh Patinge are very responsive in their communication, have helped me with many things right from bank account queries, procedures and then additional account and life insurance.I have available multiple supervises with them and have not had a major problem with any of them so far. Even when I had a problem they resolved it in no time

Branch ppl and branch manager all dont have excess to handle disputed money, they tell u to contact customer care, and when told them to do it they also call to the customer only, issues will not get resolved in branch, they just give loan and take cash, rest ur on ur own as customer.. pathetic experience when I asked you want merchants proof over the mail they say not needed, and customer care person over the call says plz share it over the email and note down the email after 1day later.. they take 16 to 32 days to give u resolution on the disputed amount till that time the money is stuck with the bank or merchant that you(customer dont know). Staff just want u to leave asap from front of u .. very disappointed with icici bank.

You go to any branch of ICICI. Its sucks.. Worst is the contact number mentioned on this page for Icici bank never works. You will have to visit branch even for a tiny information. Its 21st century and these bankers are providing service of 1980s

Had to give single star as without it i am not able to write a comment...Staff are really not helpful. I went there couple of times..and everytime i left as a disappointed customer. If any inquiry is personally done from our side.. there wont be any staff available. They will say..give us your number we will respond but its actually.. give us your number..if we have mood..we will respond Pathetic branch..

The bank works bit slow. They should improve services and increase timings. The bank has excessive charges. They serve well to high net worth individuals and charges for them are also less.

Supee lazy staff. Arrogant too.
