Customer service is extremely bad. The staff seems to be least bothered with your issue. I would recommend to approach some other branch if your matter is urgent. Its really sad the customer service of ICICI bank is now not the same as it was used to be.

Please beware of this one person by the name of Shashi trying to sell ICICI Prudential schemes. Many have been looted off their money thanks to the smart marketing tactics.Never banking with ICICI again.

Most of the times ATMs are not working due to some or the other issue. The staff then asks to use other banks ATMs located on the other side of the road..... and these banks charge fee if the number of transactions of withdrawing money from other banks ATM exceeds!!! Around year end I avoid visiting this bank as most of the staff is behind selling ICICI Prulife policies. If you happen to encounter any issue with the policy that they sold, they straight away point you to ICICI Prulife branch anf say they dont deal with policies.... then, excuse me!, why in first place did you sell the policy if you dont deal with them!!!

Worst service. Lack of knowledge to employees. Cannot handle a single customer properly.

Cheque given at 12 pm, for transfer from the same bank and its still not cleared. its surely the staff mistake over there
