Worst Customer Service...Third class might be an over rated statement.Vishal Pawar and Kunal Waghmare for me are liabilities to the bank.Bank has just focused on bringing good products but has poor management and idiots working without any sense of responsibility and manners to talk/ behave.Sarkari bank has better people than ICICI Bank.

I would never trust icici bank for anything it was just that my job required account in this bank thats why i had open, worst customer service and you need minimum of 10k balance to keep the account working or they will charge to 2k fee for not maintaining 10k in account.

Worst customer service , gave me a token and asked me to wait till my token number is called out , have been waiting past 45mins for statement of my acc and there were just 2 numbers ahead of me that to they were attending them and strolling in between 😒 No fixed employee for a particular PC they keep switching their seats causing more complications 😡

Similar to other branches this branch is slow, sluggish and full of unorganized, non-systematic and non-disciplined people.
