3rd Class Service.Uneducated @ Unclassified Staff.Branch Manager, Dy Branch Manager & other have no manners how to talk with customers.Security guards told me to go through the line wherever your account type even if you are senior citizens. FYI I have Wealth Privilege Account.Also they are roaming here and there without Mask.Too much crowded and says that we are follow social distancing.😉🙃😉
Worst service ever... They dont even have kyc facilities.I wasted my 10 days .. for kyc only..Very disappointed to have home branch like this..Poor customer support.. 0 🌟.They have network problems for their own work. Shame..

They are just laziest bank. Thought its covid time then too taking too much time to deposit money. Almost 30min waiting.

Terrible & Pathetic Services. Opened account based by giving false promises. RM, Dy Manager and Bank Manager do not bother to respond.Even their customer service dept. and head customer service - Mr. Subhendu & Mr. Vinayak More are ignorant.
3 times I visited the branch for aadhar seeding at my account but they couldnt do this thing. Every time they said we did but not did anytime. Today I visited the branch for opening account for my wife and they require a cheque of 55000 for account opening. They said it is policy of ICICI BANK. The worst branch I ever visited.
Good bank to work with. This is a big size branch. Also the staff is over worked. May take more time than usual for banking transactions.
