One Of the worst branch ever known,Its better dont waste time over hereCompare to this Public bank offer best service

This HDFC LTD Branch not even eligible for 0 stars. I had visited the branch today and I was the only customer in the branch. After waiting for 45 mins nobody turn out and when i asked the reception they asked me to share my number and their executive will call me back. Such a irresponsible and unprofessional way of handling a potential customer. HDFC LTD management still not learned a lesson from this branch in spite of worst review from customers.

If Possible I would have given them half a Star, worst customer service ever -- right frm the branch manager to trh subordinates should be replaced,poor communication, they do not know their process and misguide customers, the time I visited them I had multiple customer complaining but when I experienced it is when I felt the pinch -- Delay got me so frustrated that I could get depressed...Humble request to replace the staff.

I visited this branch for disbursement purpose, took a half day from office so that my disbursement is completed. These guys made me wait for 3hrs to call me and then asked to come next day, I actually felt like a fool, not only this when I left I heard them laughing. These people have no respect for their customers and their time. Even employees from there said that they do this especially with the people whose cases are from other HDFC branch. Really pathetic unprofessional people

I would love to c the positive changes so dat I can change my opinion for it.

Very pathetic service. no one to attned calls, first of all there no is continuesouly busy - no call waiting. i dont understand in work from home there executives can atleast take call[like all other service providers]. they just cause frustration in customer. need server improvement.

Very poor service & no contact, no missed call service active & staff also not supportive , long waiting time

So much waiting time. No deposits of cheque on time and they collect their mistake charges from us.
