Pathetic serviceThey even cant answer properly.As we have have taken a loan in 2007 but still the balance amount is same as Loan taken amount nothing is deducted as paying regular EMI.They are saying you have not increased your EMI but how we can change without any intimation.After so many discussion they have answer that your Address is incorrect in system however we have taken a home loan on same property in which we are staying so how it is possible that you people dont have the correct address.We are paying our EMI on regular basis no delay in EMI so how come the balance loan amount is same as loan taken amount.Really worst service please dont take any loan from this ridiculous company.Now we want to close the loan then no one is picking our call.I want contact number of higher authority who can co-ordinate in proper manner.

The service of the Bank is so poor, in many instances i have observed, they dont priorities to the issue even after several follow-ups, I will not recommend.
One of the most useless and fake organisation I have ever come across. Lot of corruption for passing loans. For any delay, attitude and behaviour of people who do recovery calls is worst. No one from bank neither responds or responds properly.Will never advise to have any association with GIC.

They dont sell House Loan directly to customers. DSA (agents) ask for commission @ 2% of loan amount.
Its difficult to get loan without agent from GIC housing finance. The agents are nothing but its staff only.
